Enterprise Account Executive

Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site)
Company: Databricks

• Design and implement creative business use cases and solutions that differentiate Databricks within KSA’s data and AI market

• Co-develop strategic business plans with internal teams and ecosystem partners

• Accelerate success with current customers while identifying and acquiring new ones

• Motivate teams of big data and AI professionals to align with the business vision

• Drive impactful Data and AI projects and demonstrate their value on the Databricks platform

• Collaborate on transformation goals with professional services, executive engagement, and training

• Negotiate successful contracts through building exceptional value in every engagement

• Requires experience in direct enterprise software sales to large organizations

• Proven track record of exceeding quotas in selling complex SaaS products

• Must be experienced in working with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud

• Familiarity with account planning and methodologies like MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales

Solutions Engineer

• Serve as an expert in big data analytics and drive excitement around Databricks’ capabilities

• Advise on architecture, design, and implementation for successful platform adoption

• Scale best practices via documentation, reference architectures, and demo applications

• Host and lead workshops, meet-ups, and seminars within your region

• Expand technical expertise to become an industry or technology specialist

• Engage in technical sales to resolve customer challenges and drive outcomes

• Deliver technical value by addressing pain points and building trust

• Required coding experience in Python, Java, or Scala

• Preferable to have foundational understanding and hands-on experience with Apache Spark™

• Must be Saudi national and based in Riyadh or within commuting distance

• Business proficiency in Arabic and English is required; regional language fluency is a plus

• تقديم المشورة حول البنية المعمارية والتصميم والتنفيذ لضمان التبني الناجح للمنصة

• نشر أفضل الممارسات عبر الوثائق والمعماريات المرجعية والتطبيقات التجريبية
