Fit-Out Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Fit-Out Manager in coordinating and overseeing the fit-out process, ensuring that all work is executed according to design specifications, schedules, and project standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of fit-out components.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure the quality and accuracy of fit-out work, including finishes, installations, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Supervise on-site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in managing fit-out projects, particularly in commercial or high-end residential settings.
- Strong understanding of construction and fit-out processes, materials, and techniques.
Surveyor
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in land surveying, preferably in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Certifications: Professional Surveyor License (if applicable to the region) AND proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, and other surveying software.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Total Station, GPS, and other surveying instruments.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and topographic maps.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and strong communication and coordination abilities to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with local land regulations and construction standards.
Contract Manager
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of contract law and construction regulations.
- Proficiency in contract management software and documentation.
- Education: Master's degree in Contract Management, Construction Law, or Business Administration (preferred).
- Relevant certifications such as CCCM (Certified Commercial Contract Manager), CPCM (Certified Professional Contract Manager), or PMP (Project Management Professional) are preferred.
- Experience: At least 10–15 years of experience in contract management, contract negotiation, or procurement.
Contract Engineer
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in the construction or contracting sector.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of contract forms such as FIDIC, lump sum, remeasurement, and design-build contracts.
