Technical Engineer – Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance & Performance Optimization:
- Lead corrective, planned, and autonomous maintenance to maximize plant efficiency.
- Develop and implement work schedules for maintenance tasks, ensuring timely execution.
- Monitor performance through KPIs and provide feedback to meet operational targets.
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance activities in coordination with relevant departments.
- Ensure emergency maintenance tasks are completed efficiently with minimal downtime.
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to drive cost savings and performance enhancements.
Leadership & Training:
- Coach and mentor technicians to enhance skills and ensure continuous development.
- Conduct training programs for new and existing technicians, ensuring a highly skilled workforce.
- Motivate and develop a multi-skilled team capable of covering each other’s roles during absences.
Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure strict adherence to MenaBev safety standards, food safety, and quality policies.
- Implement HSE and food safety programs to maintain compliance with regulations.
- Apply contamination management protocols during rectification of emergency maintenance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the packaging industry (PET & CAN lines).
- Hands-on experience in blowing and seaming processes is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, food safety standards, and maintenance best practices.
- Experience with SAP, ERP planning software, and ability to work hands-on in technical tasks.

المهام الوظيفية:
الصيانة وتحسين الأداء:
- الإشراف على الصيانة التصحيحية والمخططة والذاتية لرفع كفاءة المصنع.
- إعداد وتنفيذ جداول الصيانة لضمان الامتثال للخطة الزمنية.
- مراقبة الأداء باستخدام المؤشرات الرئيسية (KPIs) وضمان تحقيق الأهداف التشغيلية.
- تنسيق أعمال الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية مع الأقسام المعنية لضمان استمرارية التشغيل.
- ضمان إنجاز أعمال الصيانة الطارئة بأسرع وقت ممكن، مع تطبيق معايير إدارة التلوث.
- تنفيذ أنظمة التحسين المستمر لتعزيز الكفاءة وخفض التكاليف.
القيادة والتدريب:
- تقديم التدريب والإرشاد الفني للموظفين لضمان التطوير المستمر للمهارات.
- تنفيذ برامج تدريبية للمهندسين والفنيين الجدد.
- بناء فريق عمل متعدد المهارات قادر على تغطية مهام بعضهم البعض خلال فترات الإجازات أو الغياب.
السلامة والامتثال:
- الالتزام الصارم بمعايير MenaBev للسلامة، وسلامة الغذاء، والجودة.
- تنفيذ برامج الصحة والسلامة المهنية (HSE) لضمان الامتثال للأنظمة والتشريعات.
- تطبيق إجراءات إدارة التلوث عند التعامل مع الصيانة الطارئة.
المتطلبات الوظيفية:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صناعة التعبئة والتغليف (خطوط PET وCAN).
- خبرة عملية في عمليات النفخ والختم (Blowing & Seaming) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- معرفة جيدة بـ لوائح السلامة، معايير سلامة الغذاء، وأفضل ممارسات الصيانة.
- إتقان استخدام أنظمة SAP، ERP، والقدرة على العمل اليدوي عند الحاجة.
