Over the years, SMi has developed from being an assembly production line (through a joint venture with National Pump Company – Arizona USA), to a company with fully integrated manufacturing facilities. This transformation has positioned SMi as a major player in the field of Engineered Components as well as well-established Water Systems Solutions in the region.

ERP Officer 

Technical Skills

Basic understanding in ERP systems (Oracle Fusion).

Basic knowledge of database management and SQL.

Basic knowledge & understanding in BI tools (Oracle BIP, Power BI, etc.)

Familiarity with system integrations and troubleshooting ERP-related issues.

Basic understanding of business processes such as finance, inventory, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

Assisting in ERP system maintenance, third party support contract, follow up on upgrades, and troubleshooting.

Ability to coordinate with internal/external departments to follow up on action list related to third-party ERP support.

Assist in resolving ERP-related basic technical issues for end-users.

Provide first-level support by addressing user queries and escalating complex issues to senior administrators or the IT team.

Help manage user accounts, roles, and permissions in the ERP system.

Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up access and providing basic training.

Log support tickets and document resolution steps for future reference.

Collaborate with ERP consultants or external vendors during upgrades, migrations, or customizations.

Generate and distribute standard or customized reports from the ERP system.

Assist with building dashboards and KPIs for decision-making processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in ERP systems or IT support specifically in manufacturing industry.

Certification in ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory).

المهارات التقنية

فهم أساسيات أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (Oracle Fusion).

المعرفة الأساسية بإدارة قواعد البيانات وSQL.

المعرفة الأساسية والفهم في أدوات BI (Oracle BIP، Power BI، وما إلى ذلك)

المعرفة بتكاملات النظام واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها فيما يتعلق بقضايا تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP).

فهم أساسي لعمليات الأعمال مثل التمويل والمخزون وسلسلة التوريد.

المسؤوليات

المساعدة في صيانة نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP)، وعقد الدعم من طرف ثالث، ومتابعة الترقيات، واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.

القدرة على التنسيق مع الإدارات الداخلية / الخارجية لمتابعة قائمة الإجراءات المتعلقة بدعم تخطيط موارد المؤسسات من جهات خارجية.

المساعدة في حل المشكلات الفنية الأساسية المتعلقة بنظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) للمستخدمين النهائيين.

توفير الدعم على المستوى الأول من خلال معالجة استفسارات المستخدمين وتصعيد المشكلات المعقدة إلى كبار المسؤولين أو فريق تكنولوجيا المعلومات.

المساعدة في إدارة حسابات المستخدمين والأدوار والأذونات في نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP).

المساعدة في دمج الموظفين الجدد من خلال إعداد الوصول وتوفير التدريب الأساسي.

سجل تذاكر الدعم وخطوات حل المستندات للرجوع إليها في المستقبل.

التعاون مع مستشاري تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) أو البائعين الخارجيين أثناء الترقيات أو عمليات الترحيل أو التخصيصات.

إنشاء وتوزيع التقارير القياسية أو المخصصة من نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP).

المساعدة في بناء لوحات المعلومات ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية لعمليات صنع القرار.

المؤهلات

- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة.

1-2 سنة من الخبرة في أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات أو دعم تكنولوجيا المعلومات خاصة في صناعة التصنيع.

- شهادة في أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (مفضلة ولكن ليست إلزامية).
