FF&E Interior Designer & Stylist
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture (Required).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in FF&E and OSE for hospitality projects.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture specifications.
- Proficiency in 3D visualization software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar) and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to create mood boards and client proposals.
- Strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail in styling and visual merchandising.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Pricing Specialist - FF&E Projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture (Required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, procurement, and cost estimation for FF&E hospitality projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with hospitality project standards and specifications is a plus.

المؤهلات:
- درجة بكالوريوس في التصميم الداخلي أو الهندسة المعمارية (مطلوب).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال الأثاث والتجهيزات FF&E و OSE لمشاريع الضيافة.
- معرفة قوية بالمواد والتشطيبات والمواصفات الخاصة بالأثاث.

المؤهلات:
- درجة بكالوريوس في التصميم الداخلي أو الهندسة المعمارية (مطلوب).
