Vacancies

Statistics Specialist

Work closely with the Strategy Management and the Funds Planning functions to agree on particular statistical studies that may support strategic planning activities, both for NDF and the individual funds.

Using various statistical tools and methods, conduct an analysis on the available information and data and provide insights and recommendations to both NDF and external stakeholders on specific areas of focus.

Apply advanced statistical techniques to analyze large and complex data sets. Design and implement appropriate statistical models, hypothesis tests, and regression analyses to extract meaningful insights and identify relationships among variables.

Interpret statistical findings and translate them into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Communicate statistical concepts, results, and limitations to non-technical audiences in a concise and understandable manner.

Optimize the use of personal time/effort and assigned work tools/resources in carrying out assigned duties, to ensure work meets agreed standards for timeliness and quality.

Conduct data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of data. Identify and address data anomalies, outliers, and potential biases that may impact statistical analysis and results.

Prepare comprehensive reports, summaries, and presentations of statistical analyses, including methodologies, assumptions, and conclusions and communicate the implications of the statistical findings and their relevance to the organization's objectives.

Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet section requirements, policies and standards.

Statutory Reporting Specialist

 Functional Accountabilities 

Optimize the use of personal time/effort and assigned work tools/resources in carrying out assigned duties, to ensure work meets agreed standards for timeliness and quality.

Review of statutory yearly / mid-year / quarterly financial statements, management accounts, and other management financial reports submitted by the supervised entities.

Support in collecting from each individual funds their various financial reports throughout the year and conduct periodic in-depth financial analysis of the individual funds’ periodic financial reports.

Review the of financial policies and procedures of supervised entities, when required, and reporting findings.

To provide the needed support in identifying any issue and/or risk based on the financial reviews and analysis of the individual funds and advise on corrective / mitigation actions accordingly.

To conduct effective review and validate period-end closing balances as well as budget line items and gather necessary approval of NDF Board prior to submitting to external authorities (including, but not limited to GCA, Royal Court, etc).

Review the ECL methodology of supervised entities and whether it’s in line with IFRS standards and reflected accurately in the financial statements.

Review the accurate and complete implementation of IFRS standards across the supervised entities.

Review the future consolidation of SEs financial statements into NDF

-الدعم في تحصيل التقارير المالية المختلفة من كل صندوق على حدة على مدار العام وإجراء تحليل مالي دوري متعمق للتقارير المالية الدورية للصناديق الفردية.

مراجعة السياسات والإجراءات المالية للكيانات الخاضعة للإشراف، عند الحاجة، وإعداد تقرير بالنتائج.

توفير الدعم اللازم في تحديد أي مشكلة و/أو مخاطر بناءً على المراجعات المالية وتحليل الصناديق الفردية وتقديم المشورة بشأن الإجراءات التصحيحية/التخفيفية وفقًا لذلك.

إجراء مراجعة فعالة والتحقق من صحة أرصدة إغلاق نهاية الفترة بالإضافة إلى بنود الميزانية وجمع الموافقات اللازمة من مجلس إدارة صندوق التنمية الوطني قبل تقديمها إلى السلطات الخارجية (بما في ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، هيئة الرقابة المالية، الديوان الملكي، إلخ).

مراجعة منهجية الخسائر الائتمانية المتوقعة للكيانات الخاضعة للإشراف وما إذا كانت متوافقة مع المعايير الدولية لإعداد التقارير المالية وتنعكس بدقة في البيانات المالية.

مراجعة التنفيذ الدقيق والكامل لمعايير التقارير المالية الدولية في جميع الكيانات الخاضعة للإشراف.
