The role of the Smile Officer is an expanded role to include the basic workflow and coordination of many functions including:
Call Center
Patient Experience Team
dentists
Insurance Team
Customer Complaints Team
Coordinators
Daily tasks:
Manage assigned dentist schedules.
Contact patients to manage schedule.
Courtesy calls.
Coordinate treatment plans with dentists.
Explain the steps and sequence of the treatment plan to patients.
Discuss payment plans.
Ensure quality of schedule.
Identify and report process issues that could impact patient workflow to the team leader.
General dentist
Primary Responsibilities - Technical:
Teaching patients how to care for their mouths and teeth themselves
Increase clientele through marketing services and creative practice options.
Examining and diagnosing patients through routine examinations and tools such as x-ray machines.
Consulting patients about dental options to discuss oral and dental treatment and ensuring that no treatment is initiated without the patient's informed consent.
Maintain accurate records of patient visits, diagnoses and treatments in accordance with established policies.
Perform clinical treatment of oral and dental conditions such as periodontal disease and dental caries within the assigned and granted clinical privileges.
Use dental materials and supplies appropriately and within evidence-based best practices.
Prescription or non-prescription products, such as toothpaste, mouthwash, etc., are recommended for optimal oral and dental care of patients and overall health.
Stay up-to-date on patient care, new technologies, and new products that can improve or treat patient conditions or improve overall health.
Maintain all certifications, SCHS, MOH registrations and insurance up to date in accordance with national laws and regulations.
IT Support Officer
Primary Responsibilities - Technical:
Provide timely and effective technical assistance to end users via phone, email, chat, or in person, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal productivity.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by users, leveraging knowledge bases, troubleshooting tools, and remote support programs to address issues efficiently and accurately.
Provide remote desktop support using remote access tools and software, and troubleshoot issues on remote users' computers and devices to minimize interruption and improve efficiency.
Log and track support tickets in the help desk ticketing system, prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact, and escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as needed to expedite resolution.
Provide user guidance, training, and instruction on software applications, system functionality, and best practices to enable users to independently solve basic problems and improve overall IT literacy.
Assist in deploying, installing, configuring, and setting up hardware (such as computers, printers, and scanners) and software applications (such as operating systems and productivity tools) throughout the organization.
Create and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, user guides for common technical issues, troubleshooting procedures, and IT policies to facilitate self-service support and knowledge sharing among employees.
Customer Service Officer (Tamheer)

A recent graduate with a bachelor's degree or diploma.
Registered on TAQAT platform.
He has not been registered with the Social Insurance Institution during the past six months.

Dental Assistant
Job Title:
Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
Performing various types of dental x-rays including intraoral and extraoral x-rays and cone beam CT scans.
Recording the patient's medical history
Triage of dental patients including blood pressure and pulse
Preparing dental instruments for sterilization
Implement infection control measures on environmental surfaces in accordance with established policies.
Helping patients feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatment.
Providing patients with oral care instructions after surgery or other dental procedures based on the dentist's instructions.
Taking impressions and visual impressions of patients' teeth to create study casts (dental models)
Perform office administration tasks that often require the use of a personal computer.
Communicate with patients and dental coordinators (e.g., scheduling appointments, answering phones, billing, and ordering supplies)
Assist in providing direct patient care in all dental specialties, including orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, periodontics, and oral surgery.
Accompanying the patient to and from the waiting area, to the exchange office after treatment
Assist the dentist in managing medical or dental emergencies.
