Senior Risk Manager

You’ll Be Responsible For

Risk management performance of assigned commission(s).

Creating/designing effective risk management framework(s)/strategies on assigned commission(s).

Managing and directing clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams on assigned commission(s) on all risk management matters.

Partnering with clients, meeting their expectations and building strong professional relationships.

Providing expert advice and support to project/programme teams in the administration of the risk process, particularly with respect to the risks to achievement of key project objectives and escalation of risks.

Facilitating and driving the delivery of risk workshops.

Working with project managers to recognise opportunities and mitigations to minimise risk exposure.

Ensuring risk mitigation action plans are developed, risk and action owners appointed, and that project plans are updated accordingly and monitored.

Directing the delivery of project/programme quantitative risk analysis (cost and time).

Commenting on the adequacy of contingency as part of the regular reporting cycle as required.

Developing and delivering monthly risk reports, externally to the client and internally to the project team.

Ensures all activities and operations are carried out in line with the Mace control centre, client requirements and prevailing legislation.

Providing line management to the team and other project/programme members.

Utilising expertise to mentor and assist the personal and career development of junior members of the risk team.

Managing the integration of risk with PMO and planning disciplines.

Supporting the hub risk lead with resourcing and recruitment for the assigned commission. 

Associate Director - Risk

 You’ll Be Responsible For

Accountable for the risk management performance on assigned commission(s).

Creates/designs effective risk management framework(s)/strategy(s).

Manages and directs clients, consultants, contractors, project team on all risk management matters.

Is a trusted advisor to and builds strong professional relationships with client organisations.

Acts as the risk management subject matter expert on assigned project(s)/programme(s)/portfolio(s).

Supervises and directs the delivery of quantitative risk analysis (cost and time).

Digital Engineering and BIM Manager

 You’ll Be Responsible For

Supporting the delivery team/s throughout the project lifecycle.

Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Delegating tasks to others in a way that ensures they are completed effectively.

Reviewing the BIM execution plan developed by the LDC/contractor.

Developing and maintaining an understanding of ISO19650 and any applicable standards for clients.
