Demand Planner Graduate Trainee 

DEMAND PLANNER GRADUATE PROGRAM

The Graduate Program at L'Oréal Saudi Arabia will allow you to gain strong professional experience while learning and connecting with the best in the industry!

Come & join our Saudi Arabia office for a 6–12-month assignment.

Duties And Responsibilities

Support in Demand & Supply monthly reports.

Prepare monthly Forecast Accuracy Root Cause Report and consolidate Root Cause Analysis.

Report monthly target of Commerical Team by Channel to our distributor. 

SKU code creation process for new launces (finished goods & POSMs)

Maintain updated clean Master Data.

Work closely with Physical Distribution Team to monitor stock availability timings.

Prepare monthly stock risk report.

Monitor Excess & Obsoletes and push for Commerical & Trade Marketing action plan.

Create and analyze numerous reports using various tools such as Excel, SAP, or PowerBI.

Be open to learn and add value in presenting new ideas.

الدعم في التقارير الشهرية للعرض والطلب.

إعداد تقرير شهري عن دقة التوقعات والسبب الجذري وتوحيد تحليل السبب الجذري.

إرسال تقرير شهري عن الهدف الذي يحققه الفريق التجاري حسب القناة إلى الموزع لدينا. 

عملية إنشاء رمز SKU للإطلاقات الجديدة (السلع النهائية ونقاط البيع)

الحفاظ على تحديث البيانات الرئيسية النظيفة.

العمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق التوزيع المادي لمراقبة مواعيد توفر المخزون.

إعداد تقرير شهري عن مخاطر المخزون.

مراقبة الفائض والمهمل والدفع نحو خطة عمل للتسويق التجاري.

إنشاء وتحليل العديد من التقارير باستخدام أدوات مختلفة مثل Excel أو SAP أو PowerBI.

كن منفتحًا على التعلم وإضافة القيمة من خلال تقديم أفكار جديدة.
