Sales Engineer
About the job
- Communicate with all repeated customers, potential customers, consultants, and end users in the assigned territory to promote the business.
- Receive customer inquiries for bidding, study them, prepare technical information and sketches, and communicate with the engineering/estimation department for pricing.
- Prepare offers and follow up with customers to negotiate and modify the offer until closing the deal within the company’s standard contract terms.
- Coordinate with the sales manager and management for additional discounts, special approvals on delivery/payment terms, or any non-standard terms.
- Prepare entry documents for new orders.
- Follow up with the Engineering & Order Management department for drawing releases and delivery schedules.
- Consult with the Technical Support department for non-standard specifications and other technical aspects.
- Request technical support manager’s assistance for new projects and technical meetings.
Logistics Coordinator
About the job
- Coordinate and track supply chain operations through effective communication with manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, and retailers.
- Oversee warehouse equipment and raw material orders.
- Maintain organized logs and records of warehouse and executed orders.
- Solve shipping and inventory issues for stakeholders.
- Plan and track final shipments, including costs and timelines, based on customer requests.
- Utilize logistics IT to monitor and optimize shipping procedures.
- Prepare detailed and accurate reports for upper management.
- Analyze logistics-related data and suggest improvements for efficiency.
- Follow and enforce all safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Create gate passes and manage material entry and exit.
- Follow up on import and export shipments.
- Handle customs exemptions and issue Saber certificates.
- Liaise with government departments to complete company-related procedures.

- تنسيق ومتابعة عمليات سلسلة التوريد من خلال التواصل الفعّال مع المصنعين والموردين والبائعين وتجار التجزئة.
- الإشراف على معدات المستودعات وطلبات المواد الخام.
- الاحتفاظ بسجلات منظمة للطلبات المنفذة والمخزون.
- حل مشكلات الشحن والمخزون لصالح جميع الأطراف المعنية.
- التخطيط ومتابعة الشحنات النهائية، بما في ذلك التكاليف والجداول الزمنية، وفقًا لطلبات العملاء.
- استخدام أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات اللوجستية لمراقبة وتحسين إجراءات الشحن.
- إعداد تقارير دقيقة ومفصلة للإدارة العليا.
