- Execute promotional activities such as Master Painter, Painter’s activations, and Loyalty Programs, as well as plan training events to increase sales and enhance Jotun’s brand presence.
- Conduct regular market visits and lead market evaluations to ensure the successful implementation of retail programs.
- Supervise retail development activities for various projects.
- Develop and oversee all retail development training programs, including "Jotun Way," "Paint Academy," and "Introduction to Jotun" seminars.
- Manage and update the Master Painter App on a daily basis, handling both front-end and back-end details.
- Organize sales product training for retail network staff, ensuring Jotun product features are effectively communicated to end-users.
- Coordinate with the regional retail development team to implement promotional programs and training for painters.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize marketing efforts.
- Monitor market trends and customer preferences to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all retail initiatives and promotional materials.
Color Consultant
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site)

- Provide color scheme advice to customers through Jotun’s Colour Consultation WhatsApp service.
- Conduct Colour Training Academy sessions for interior designers, architects, and developers.
- Support architects, designers, and contractors by presenting Jotun’s products, colors, and creative paint finishes.
- Encourage industry professionals to participate in Jotun workshops to expand the brand’s ambassador network.
- Assist in launching Colour Trends and organizing on-ground color activations.
- Develop customized color schemes for Jotun shops and events.
- Offer on-site color consultation services during activations and at Jotun shops.
- Collaborate with applicators, sales executives, and dealers to refine and implement color schemes effectively.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging color design innovations.
- Enhance customer engagement by promoting Jotun’s latest color collections.
