Exciting Opportunity in Saudi Arabia! Hiring a Warehouse Coordinator in Dhahran
Key Responsibilities:
• Order Processing & Stock Management – Select, process, and dispatch orders while maintaining full traceability of stored materials.
• Receiving & Delivery – Take delivery of goods, check stock, and book them into the ERP system.
• Shipping & Packaging – Ensure all goods are packaged securely and prepared for shipment efficiently.
• Inventory Monitoring – Track stock levels and reorder materials as needed.
• Warehouse Maintenance – Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Vendor & Shop Floor Support – Issue materials to the shop floor as per the picking list.
• Stock Assessment & Finance Coordination – Work with the finance team to conduct stock counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Use of Equipment – Operate Forklifts, Pallet Trucks, and Company Vehicles for warehouse operations and local deliveries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or inventory management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and stock management tools.
• Ability to handle strenuous labor and operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety regulations.
• Valid driver’s license for local deliveries.

• استلام وتسليم المواد – استلام البضائع، فحصها، وتسجيلها في نظام ERP.
• التغليف والشحن – ضمان تعبئة البضائع بشكل آمن وتجهيزها للشحن.
• متابعة المخزون – مراقبة مستويات المخزون وإعادة الطلب عند الحاجة.
• صيانة وتنظيم المستودع – الحفاظ على بيئة عمل نظيفة، منظمة، وآمنة.
• التعامل مع الموردين والتوزيع – إصدار المواد لمصنع الإنتاج حسب قائمة الاختيار.
• تقييم المخزون والتنسيق مع المالية – العمل مع قسم المالية لإجراء الجرد وحل الفروقات.
• تشغيل المعدات – استخدام الرافعات الشوكية، شاحنات التحميل، والمركبات التابعة للشركة لتسهيل العمليات اللوجستية والتسليمات المحلية.
المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:
• خبرة في تنسيق المستودعات، اللوجستيات، أو إدارة المخزون.
• إتقان استخدام أنظمة ERP وأدوات إدارة المخزون.
• القدرة على القيام بالأعمال البدنية الثقيلة وتشغيل معدات المستودعات.
• مهارات تنظيمية قوية وقدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
• اهتمام بالتفاصيل والالتزام بمعايير السلامة.
• رخصة قيادة سارية لتنفيذ التوصيلات المحلية عند الحاجة.
