Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise architectural and interior design execution on-site, ensuring alignment with luxury hospitality standards.
- Lead interior design coordination, covering space planning, finishes, lighting, and aesthetics.
- Manage the installation of FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Work closely with project managers, designers, engineers, and contractors for seamless project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to uphold five-star hotel standards.
- Solve design and construction challenges while maintaining aesthetic and functional excellence.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, FF&E items, and finishing details (REVIT expertise required).
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for FF&E deliveries and installation schedules.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in architectural supervision within luxury hospitality projects.
- Strong knowledge of FF&E management and high-end interior finishes.
- Proficiency in REVIT is mandatory.
- Ability to handle complex construction environments and ensure design quality.

- الإشراف على تنفيذ التصميم المعماري والتصميم الداخلي في الموقع وفقًا للمعايير الفاخرة المعتمدة.
- قيادة تنسيق عناصر التصميم الداخلي، بما في ذلك تخطيط المساحات، التشطيبات، الإضاءة، والجوانب الجمالية.
- إدارة تركيب الأثاث والتجهيزات (FF&E) لضمان توافقها مع المخططات والمواصفات المعتمدة.
- التعاون مع مديري المشاريع، المصممين، المهندسين، والمقاولين لضمان تنفيذ سلس للمشروع.
- إجراء فحوصات دورية في الموقع لضمان الالتزام بأعلى معايير الجودة للفنادق الفاخرة.
- حل التحديات التصميمية والإنشائية مع الحفاظ على متطلبات الجمال والوظيفة.
- مراجعة واعتماد المخططات التنفيذية، عينات المواد، عناصر FF&E، وتفاصيل التشطيبات (إتقان برنامج REVIT ضروري).
- التنسيق مع الموردين لإدارة جداول تسليم وتركيب FF&E والتأكد من جودة المواد والتشطيبات.
