 Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Leasing Specialist to manage the leasing process for residential properties in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will market available units, screen tenants, maintain positive tenant relations, and meet leasing targets.

 Key Responsibilities:

Leasing:

• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants and provide detailed information.

• Screen and evaluate tenant applications, including background checks.

• Prepare and execute lease agreements in line with company policies.

• Maintain positive tenant relationships and resolve issues promptly.

Property Management Support:

• Work with property management teams to ensure units are ready for occupancy.

• Oversee move-in and move-out processes, including inspections.

• Assist with rent collection and follow up on late payments.

Market Analysis:

• Research rental trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.

• Provide reports on leasing activity and occupancy rates

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Real Estate.

• Experience in property leasing or property management.

• Strong knowledge of leasing processes and property management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Fluency in English and Arabic.

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in residential property leasing in Riyadh.

• Knowledge of local real estate regulations.

• Experience in online marketing and social media platforms.

نبحث عن أخصائي تأجير ديناميكي وذو نتائج ملموسة لإدارة عمليات تأجير العقارات السكنية في الرياض. سيتولى المرشح المثالي مسؤولية تسويق الوحدات المتاحة، فحص المستأجرين، تعزيز العلاقات الإيجابية، وتحقيق أهداف التأجير.

 المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

التأجير:

• إجراء جولات ميدانية للمستأجرين المحتملين وتقديم معلومات مفصلة عن الوحدات المتاحة.

• فحص وتقييم طلبات المستأجرين، بما في ذلك التحقق من الخلفية.

• إعداد وتنفيذ عقود الإيجار وفقًا لسياسات الشركة والمتطلبات القانونية.

• الحفاظ على علاقات إيجابية مع المستأجرين الحاليين والجدد والتعامل مع الاستفسارات والمشكلات بفعالية.

دعم إدارة العقارات:

• التعاون مع فرق إدارة العقارات لضمان جاهزية الوحدات للسكن.

• الإشراف على عمليات الانتقال والسكن والمغادرة، بما في ذلك الفحص وتسليم المفاتيح.

• المساعدة في تحصيل الإيجارات والمتابعة مع الحسابات المتأخرة.

تحليل السوق:

• إجراء دراسات سوقية حول الأسعار والتوجهات العقارية والمنافسين.

• تقديم تقارير دورية حول نشاط التأجير ومعدلات الإشغال وظروف السوق.

 المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو العقارات.

• خبرة في تأجير العقارات أو إدارة الممتلكات.

• فهم قوي لعمليات التأجير وإدارة العقارات.

• مهارات تواصل ممتازة وقدرة على التعامل مع العملاء.

• إجادة برامج إدارة العقارات وبرامج الأوفيس.

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وضمن فريق.

• إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية.

المؤهلات المفضلة:

• خبرة في تأجير العقارات السكنية بالرياض.

• معرفة بالسوق العقاري المحلي واللوائح.

• خبرة في التسويق الإلكتروني واستخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
