Health Safety Environment Supervisor

About the job

Manage and actively participating in plant activities while maintaining focus to overall company objectives and consistency through HSE management.

Maintain company policies and HSE program by providing education to all field employees and contractors.

Responsible for recording and reporting of all worker injury documentation.

Conduct a training session for the employees about the HSE protocol.

Identify non-compliant, incomplete, or substandard procedures, for activities involving employees and/or contractors in the plant.

Working with operations and maintenance employees to promote permit to work system and ensure safety of everyone involved in the processes.

Responsible about the Occupational Health Team and providing support in all aspects of post-accident / injury treatment process.

Manage and participating in the continuous auditing of HSE management systems.

Collection of Incident forms from Near Miss Reporting Station installed in various plant location - coordinating and conducting investigations then presenting formal reports with management recommendations.

Leading on-site HSE training programs designed to motivate field personnel.

Ensure to conduct walk around checks regularly to monitor HSE controls.

Ensure availability of first aid measures at locations.

Ensure availability of firefighting equipment and inspection of its status.

Collection of environmental deviations and ensure identification, implementation of corrective actions.

Mechanical Technician

 Responsibilities:

 Perform periodic maintenance for all mechanical equipment and machinery.

Diagnose mechanical faults and repair them as quickly as possible.

Install and dismantle mechanical equipment according to manufacturer instructions.

Adjust and inspect mechanical operating systems.

Adhere to safety and occupational health procedures during work.

Prepare daily maintenance reports and maintain records of faults and repairs.

Collaborate with the team to implement preventive maintenance plans.

Request spare parts and necessary equipment for maintenance execution.

Ensure that the work environment is clean and safe.

 

Software Developer

Qualifications:

  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Or any related fields.

Full-Stack Development Skills.

Advance knowledge of programming languages:

Front end: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript…etc.

Back end: .NET, other languages (will be plus).

Any Mobile application development tool (Native OR Cross Platform)

Work Experience in Mobile Application Development.

Work Experience in web and Visual Designing with user Experience best practices (UI & UX).

Analytical and Logical thinking.

Mathematical and Problem-solving skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to learn new programming languages and technologies quickly.

Work Experience on Databases (MS SQL,…other databases will be plus).

عن الوظيفة

إدارة أنشطة المصنع والمشاركة فيها بشكل فعال مع الحفاظ على التركيز على أهداف الشركة الشاملة والاتساق من خلال إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

الحفاظ على سياسات الشركة وبرنامج الصحة والسلامة والبيئة من خلال توفير التعليم لجميع موظفي الميدان والمقاولين.

المسؤول عن تسجيل والإبلاغ عن جميع وثائق إصابات العمال.

إجراء جلسة تدريبية للموظفين حول بروتوكول الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

تحديد الإجراءات غير المتوافقة أو غير المكتملة أو دون المستوى المطلوب، للأنشطة التي تشمل الموظفين و/أو المقاولين في المصنع.

العمل مع موظفي العمليات والصيانة لتعزيز نظام تصريح العمل وضمان سلامة جميع المشاركين في العمليات.

المسؤول عن فريق الصحة المهنية وتقديم الدعم في جميع جوانب عملية العلاج بعد الحادث / الإصابة.

إدارة والمشاركة في التدقيق المستمر لأنظمة إدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

جمع نماذج الحوادث من محطة الإبلاغ عن الحوادث القريبة المثبتة في مواقع مختلفة من المصنع - تنسيق وإجراء التحقيقات ثم تقديم التقارير الرسمية مع توصيات الإدارة.

قيادة برامج تدريبية في مجال الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في الموقع مصممة لتحفيز الموظفين الميدانيين.

تأكد من إجراء جولات تفتيشية منتظمة لمراقبة ضوابط الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.

ضمان توفر تدابير الإسعافات الأولية في المواقع.

التأكد من توفر معدات مكافحة الحرائق وتفقد حالتها.

جمع الانحرافات البيئية والتأكد من تحديدها وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.

فني ميكانيكي

 المسؤوليات:

 إجراء الصيانة الدورية لجميع المعدات والآلات الميكانيكية.

تشخيص الأعطال الميكانيكية وإصلاحها في أسرع وقت ممكن.

تركيب وتفكيك المعدات الميكانيكية وفقًا لتعليمات الشركة المصنعة.

ضبط وفحص أنظمة التشغيل الميكانيكية.

الالتزام بإجراءات السلامة والصحة المهنية أثناء العمل.

إعداد تقارير الصيانة اليومية والاحتفاظ بسجلات الأعطال والإصلاحات.

التعاون مع الفريق لتنفيذ خطط الصيانة الوقائية.

طلب قطع الغيار والمعدات اللازمة لتنفيذ الصيانة.

تأكد من أن بيئة العمل نظيفة وآمنة.

 

مطور برامج

المؤهلات:

  - درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر أو هندسة الكمبيوتر أو نظم المعلومات أو أي مجالات ذات صلة.

مهارات التطوير المتكاملة.

المعرفة المتقدمة بلغات البرمجة:

الواجهة الأمامية: HTML5، CSS، JavaScript…إلخ.
