Key Responsibilities

• Oversee CRS vault manager admin functions, including SMTP outbound function and event reporting integration with SIEM.
• Manage NetWorker recovery, including catalog rebuilds in isolated vault environments.
• Administer Data Domain (DD), including retention lock configurations, identity and access management, and security officer roles.
• Maintain and operate CyberSense configuration, including monitoring, running queries, and managing reports.
• Handle application recovery, update restore elements in run books when environmental changes occur.
• Keep CRS documentation updated, ensuring compliance with customer change release procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in CRS vault administration and cybersecurity integration.
• Strong NetWorker recovery expertise, especially in isolated vault environments.
• Advanced Data Domain (DD) administration skills, including security and retention configurations.
• Knowledge of CyberSense operations, monitoring, and reporting.
• Ability to recover applications and update run books as needed.
• Experience in documenting CRS changes and following change management procedures.
