Staff Nurse
About the job
As a Staff Nurse, your primary role is to deliver nursing care to patients in line with medical prescriptions, applicable nursing profession standards in dialysis, and internal company standards. Your purpose is to contribute to improving the health status and quality of life of patients.
Main tasks:
- Patient handling and treatment:
- Assess patient status prior to, during, and after dialysis treatment.
- Inform the physician of significant changes in health status, weight, heart rate, blood pressure, body temperature, vascular access, etc.
- Comply with local and corporate safety, hygiene, and infection control regulations (especially NC Standard Good Dialysis Care and NC Standard Hygiene and Infection Control).
- Perform patient connection and disconnection.
