Human Resources Director

 Main Duties & Responsibilities

- Plan and manage an organization's recruitment strategy

- smooth onboarding process and coordinate additional training with the employee’s supervisor and the training manager.

Technical Tender Engineer

Responsibilities

- Prepare technical Files for tender Projects.

- Prepare time schedule and methodologies for execution of projects during tender stage

- Coordinate Technical Studies and Prepare Schedule Time for Tender Projects.

- Analyze project specifications and create comprehensive technical documentation, including but not limited to Execution Methodology, QHSSE documents, Project Risks, Project Team, Organization charts, equipment lists, material specifications, and engineering drawings.

- Prepare Pre-qualification for New Clients and Formal Correspondence between Company and Current Clients during Websites.

- Develop detailed technical proposals for tender submissions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and specifications.

- Collaborate with the estimating team to accurately assess costs associated with technical requirements, ensuring competitiveness in tender submissions.

- Ensure all technical aspects of the tender comply with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.

- Engage with clients during the tendering process to clarify technical queries, provide additional information, and address concerns.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all technical documentation, ensuring version control and traceability throughout the tendering process.

Road Design Engineer

 Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead, and contribute to infrastructure design projects, through all concept, preliminary and final design stages on large mixed-use development projects in coordination with stakeholders and permitting authorities, including roads, water supplies, sewer lines, telecom networks, Etc.

Utilize Civil 3D and Sub-assembly Composer to create, analyze, and optimize road designs.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members.

Establish the methodology to ensure the production of complete and approved design, RFP and contract documentation.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

 Minimum Requirements

 Essential:

Education: Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.

5+ years of experience in road design, with a proven track record experience in a similar role ideally within one of the leading Infrastructure Companies.

Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and Subassembly Composer.

Excellent problem solving, analytical and business intelligence skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

القيادة والمساهمة في مشاريع تصميم البنية التحتية، خلال جميع مراحل التصميم الأولي والنهائي في مشاريع التطوير الكبيرة متعددة الاستخدامات بالتنسيق مع أصحاب المصلحة والسلطات المختصة، بما في ذلك الطرق وإمدادات المياه وخطوط الصرف الصحي وشبكات الاتصالات، إلخ.

استخدم Civil 3D وSub-assembly Composer لإنشاء وتحليل وتحسين تصميمات الطرق.

التعاون مع فريق متعدد التخصصات لتسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد وفي حدود الميزانية.

توفير الخبرة الفنية والتوجيه لأعضاء الفريق المبتدئين.

وضع المنهجية اللازمة لضمان إنتاج التصميم الكامل والموافق عليه وطلبات تقديم العروض ووثائق العقد.

التعليم: درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو ما يعادلها.

أكثر من 5 سنوات من الخبرة في تصميم الطرق، مع سجل حافل من الخبرة في دور مماثل مثاليًا ضمن إحدى شركات البنية التحتية الرائدة.

الكفاءة في استخدام برنامج Autodesk Civil 3D وبرنامج Subassembly Composer.

مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتحليل وذكاء الأعمال.

مهارات ممتازة في التواصل الكتابي والشفوي باللغة الإنجليزية.
