Cost Controller
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain cost control systems to monitor and analyze production costs.
- Prepare and analyze cost reports, budget forecasts, and variance analysis to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
- Work closely with production, procurement, and finance teams to gather data and ensure accurate cost allocation.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate manufacturing processes, recommending improvements to optimize resource usage and minimize waste.
- Support management with pricing strategies, cost proposals, and margin analysis for new projects and product lines.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cost controlling within a manufacturing environment (minimum 5 years).
