About the job
Duties & Responsibilities (Shall include but not be limited to):
- Supervise and guide engineering personnel on their job and assist with the development of engineering deliverables.
- Responsible for major engineering drawings and document-related activities supporting ARO operations.
- Fully conversant with API and regulatory standards.
- Provide technical expertise for operational and maintenance improvements in all matters relating to Engineering.
- Oversee all engineering-related activities and ensure implementation of all onboard engineering modifications following regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Review and approve critical engineering documentation when necessary.
- Continually review ARO engineering procedures to ensure that industry best practices are met.
- Liaise with operations to make sure all Engineering requirements comply with contract requirements.
- Provide expert advice on specifications, repair procedures & resources, troubleshooting, etc.
Supervisor, HR Operation

Duties & Responsibilities (Shall include but not be limited to):
- Ensure meeting Saudization requirements within the assigned rigs.
- Follow up on annual appraisals within the assigned rigs.
- Actively participate in functional department meetings as appropriate, providing guidance and assistance with Talent Management programs, including succession planning, workforce planning, and performance management (appraisals).
- Supervise the labor pool as stated in the Labor Pool Procedure.
- Support specialists in arranging employees' crew changes when needed.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and government regulations.
- Responsible for initiating/reviewing disciplinary actions except for terminations.
- Arrange the full and final settlements of resigned/terminated employees in cooperation with employee relations.
- Deliver training related to HR aspects such as progressive disciplinary procedures.
- Responsible for investigating and documenting disciplinary actions.
- Manage terminations, ensuring exit interviews are conducted when appropriate and clearance of employees by cooperating with employee relations.
- Ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees in employment actions.
- Advise management and Compliance on potential discrimination issues and make recommendations to ensure compliance with Company policies.
- Communicate with the assigned rig manager regarding employee promotions, salary revisions, etc.

المهام والمسؤوليات (تشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر):
- ضمان تحقيق متطلبات السعودة ضمن الفرق المخصصة.
- متابعة التقييمات السنوية للموظفين داخل الفرق المخصصة.
- المشاركة الفعالة في اجتماعات الإدارات الوظيفية حسب الحاجة، وتقديم التوجيه والدعم لبرامج إدارة المواهب، بما في ذلك التخطيط للتعاقب الوظيفي، وتخطيط القوى العاملة، وإدارة الأداء (التقييمات).
- الإشراف على تجمع العمال وفقًا لإجراءات تجمع العمال.
- دعم المتخصصين في ترتيب تغيير طواقم الموظفين عند الحاجة.
- ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الموارد البشرية واللوائح الحكومية.
- مسؤول عن بدء/مراجعة الإجراءات التأديبية باستثناء عمليات الفصل.
- ترتيب التسويات النهائية الكاملة للموظفين المستقيلين/المفصولين بالتعاون مع علاقات الموظفين.
- تقديم التدريب المتعلق بجوانب الموارد البشرية، مثل إجراءات التأديب التدريجي.
- مسؤول عن التحقيق وتوثيق الإجراءات التأديبية.
- إدارة عمليات الفصل، وضمان إجراء مقابلات الخروج عند الاقتضاء والتنسيق مع علاقات الموظفين لإنهاء إجراءات الموظفين.
- ضمان معاملة الموظفين بعدالة واتساق في جميع الإجراءات الوظيفية.
- تقديم المشورة للإدارة والامتثال بشأن قضايا التمييز المحتملة وتقديم التوصيات لضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة.
- التواصل مع مدير الفريق المخصص بشأن أي أمور تتعلق بترقية الموظفين، أو مراجعة الرواتب، وما إلى ذلك.
