Document Controller
Job Summary:
The Document Control Specialist is responsible for managing all aviation-related documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards. This role includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of aircraft maintenance logs, certification documents, safety reports, and other critical aviation documents. The Document Control Specialist ensures that all documents are accessible, auditable, and properly archived.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Management:
- Develop and maintain an organized and compliant document management system for aviation records, including maintenance logs, certifications, manuals, inspection reports, and other critical documentation.
- Ensure proper classification, indexing, and version control of all documents related to aircraft maintenance, flight operations, safety protocols, and regulatory filings.
- Review and update documents to ensure they are current with industry regulations, standards, and company procedures.
Supply Chain Consultant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ERP Supply Chain Consultant.
- Solid experience in Supply Chain business models within ERP systems, such as SAP or Infor, is essential.
- Proficiency in database systems, especially Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with Crystal Reports, including report development, customization, and integration with ERP systems.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile.
- Strong technical writing skills for documenting processes, requirements, and solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Certification in ERP, such as SAP Supply Chain Consultant or Infor Supply Chain Consultant, is a plus.
- Experience in Supply Chain within the aerospace & defense industry is preferred.
Finance Application Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for finance-related ERP projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial operations and reporting.
- Assist stakeholders with the necessary training on ERP finance processes.
- Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
- Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions aligned with business goals.
- Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- Create documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or a related field.
