Al Rashed Food Company Limited was formed to realize a far reaching vision and business strategy of its founder, Sheikh Rashed Al Rashed. It was established in 1991 under the name of Al Rashed Bakeries as a major supplier of high-quality, wholesome baked goods. Further, as part of its expansion plans, it introduced several specialty products in the market at affordable prices, making Al Rashed a household name in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and around the GCC.

The company started its operations in 1991 with the production of bakery items such as bread, buns, rolls and more and has since, added other specialty bakery products along the lines. In 1993 Al Rashed Bakeries became the sole supplier for the global food giant, McDonalds, which was soon followed by KFC, Hardees, Burger King, Subway, Quiznos, and several other popular brands. The automatic puff and cake line was opened in 1995. A new bun line was opened in 2000, followed by another bun line in 2008. To meet the increasing demand for quality flour tortillas, new flour tortilla lines were opened in 2009 and 2010.

In the last 20 years of its operations Al Rashed Food Company Limited set up one bread line, two bun lines, two flour tortilla lines, and one automatic puff and cake line, catering across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In future, Al Rashed is going to add to the existing lines a modern automatic tortilla chips and waffle line that will meet the demand for good quality, tasty snacks.

Fleet Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management of the organization's vehicle fleet, including company-owned, and rented vehicles.

Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of fleet vehicles, including details on make, model, insurance, and registration.

Coordinate vehicle allocation and ensure availability to meet operational requirements.

Develop and implement fleet maintenance schedules to ensure vehicles are properly serviced, maintained, and repaired.

Track and maintain records of regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

Ensure fleet operations comply with all regulations, including not limited to MVPI, OPC, Reg. cards, insurance, GPS, temperature, etc.

Stay updated on industry regulations and standards and ensure the fleet operates within these guidelines.

Maintain accurate records for inspections, and reporting purposes.

Track, Monitor, and controlling fuel consumption and ensure the most cost-efficient fuel management strategies are employed.

Monitor driver performance and ensure drivers follow safety protocols and operational guidelines.

Ensure drivers, and vehicle custodian receive the necessary training required for their roles connected with Fleet.

Provide regular reports on fleet availability and performance.

Key Account Manager I Modern Trade

 Customer Relationship Management & Service Excellence:

Act as a Primary contact for all Modern Trade Customers ensuring seamless communications and high service level.

Address any operational, pricing or supply chain issues promptly to maintain strong customer relations.

Conduct Market visits to assess customer performance, customer feedback, price survey and competitor activities.

Have quarterly business review with all Modern Trade customers, clearly showing performance and have forward plan.

What you'll require:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field or preferably an MBA.

5-8 years of experience in within the FMCG industry in KSA.

Proven Track record of managing modern trade, retail chains in KSA. 

Experience working in KSA, mainly in the Fresh Food Category is highly preferred.

Arabic language skills is highly preferred.
