Candidate Criteria:
To be eligible for the Tamheer program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A fresh graduate with a Bachelor’s degree.
- Registered on the TAQAT platform.
- Not registered with GOSI in the past six months.

Job Description:
As part of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of all lab requisitions, forms, and specimens for routine and reference tests. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Correctly processing and completing duties in a neat, accurate, and timely manner, performing all procedures professionally.
- Identifying the correct patients of all ages by confirming their full name and comparing it to the requisition.
- Drawing blood correctly by following established laboratory procedures such as proper patient identification and tube selection.
- Verifying and collecting the correct samples required for specific tests.
- Accurately labeling specimens with the patient’s name, medical record number, initials, date, and time of collection.
- Logging all patient and specimen collection records into the phlebotomy log and maintaining awareness of timed specimen collection requirements.
- Instructing patients of all ages on how to properly collect urine specimens (e.g., for C&S, GTT’s, etc.).
- Taking direction from the Lab Supervisor regarding specimen collection and being flexible to work on different shifts when needed.
- Adhering to laboratory safety rules and reporting any potential hazards to the Chief Medical Technologist.
- Building a good rapport with co-workers and assisting other laboratory personnel when possible, without being asked.
- Communicating with other lab staff about difficult venipunctures, timed specimens, etc.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, especially when working with patients and co-workers.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail when handling specimens and recording data.

كجزء من فريق المختبر لدينا، ستكون مسؤولاً عن معالجة جميع طلبات المختبر والنماذج والعينات للاختبارات الروتينية والمراجعية بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد. تشمل مسؤولياتك الرئيسية:
- معالجة جميع الطلبات والنماذج والعينات بشكل صحيح وبطريقة دقيقة وفي الوقت المحدد.
- تحديد هوية المرضى من جميع الأعمار من خلال التحقق من الاسم الكامل للمريض مقارنةً بالطلب.
- سحب الدم بشكل صحيح وفقًا لإجراءات المختبر المعتمدة مثل تحديد هوية المريض بشكل صحيح واختيار الأنبوب المناسب.
- التحقق من جمع العينات المطلوبة للاختبارات المحددة.
- تسمية العينات بشكل دقيق مع اسم المريض ورقم السجل الطبي والأحرف الأولى والتاريخ والوقت.
- تسجيل جميع سجلات جمع المرضى والعينات في سجل الفلبوتومي مع الحفاظ على الوعي بمتطلبات جمع العينات في أوقات محددة.
- توجيه المرضى من جميع الأعمار حول كيفية جمع عينات البول بشكل صحيح (مثل عينات C&S، GTT، إلخ).
- تلقي التوجيهات من مشرف المختبر بشأن جمع العينات والقدرة على العمل في نوبات مختلفة حسب الحاجة.
- الالتزام بقواعد السلامة في المختبر والإبلاغ عن أي مخاطر محتملة إلى كبير الفنيين الطبيين.
- بناء علاقة جيدة مع زملائك في العمل ومساعدة موظفي المختبر الآخرين عند الإمكان دون الحاجة إلى طلب ذلك.
- التواصل مع موظفي المختبر الآخرين بشأن صعوبات السحب الوريدي، والعينات المؤقتة، وما إلى ذلك.
المؤهلات والمهارات:
- القدرة على العمل بكفاءة ودقة تحت الضغط.
- مهارات اتصال قوية، خاصة عند العمل مع المرضى والزملاء.
- معرفة بقواعد السلامة والإجراءات المثلى في المختبر.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Cashier/Banking Accountant to join our team. The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Daily cash reconciliation and POS reconciliation from each reception.
- Depositing cash collections to the bank on a daily basis.
- Maintaining proper books of accounts/records related to banking transactions.
- Establishing the daily cash position of each till location.
- Complying with cash management and banking-related financial policies and regulations.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in working with data.
- Managing a multi-site role covering cashiering and banking of cash receipts across all My Clinic locations.
- Performing other duties as directed by the Banking Accountant or Finance Senior Manager.
Education/Professional Qualifications:
- Degree educated in commerce/business or any related subjects.
- SOCPA registered and studying for a relevant accounting qualification.

- التسوية النقدية اليومية و التسوية من نقاط البيع من كل قسم استقبال.
- إيداع تحصيلات النقدية في البنك على أساس يومي.
- الحفاظ على سجلات الحسابات المتعلقة بالمعاملات المصرفية.
- تحديد الموقف النقدي اليومي لكل موقع صندوق.
- الامتثال لسياسات إدارة النقد و القوانين المالية المتعلقة بالبنك.

Quality Assurance: Establishing and enforcing quality assurance protocols to ensure consistent and high-quality service, conducting regular call monitoring, and providing feedback to agents for performance improvement.
Process Evaluation: Evaluating and enhancing call center processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborating on Call Scripts: Collaborating with healthcare professionals and subject matter experts to develop and update call scripts, ensuring alignment with the latest medical guidelines and organizational protocols.
Contingency Plans: Developing and implementing contingency plans for handling emergency situations and unexpected spikes in call volume.

إدارة سير العمل اليومي: الإشراف على سير العمل اليومي لضمان التعامل الفعّال مع المكالمات واستخدام الموارد بشكل أمثل، وتنفيذ استراتيجيات لإدارة فترات الذروة وضمان الرد في الوقت المناسب على استفسارات المرضى.
ضمان الجودة: وضع وتنفيذ بروتوكولات ضمان الجودة لضمان تقديم خدمة موحدة وعالية الجودة، ومراقبة المكالمات بانتظام وتقديم التغذية الراجعة للوكلاء من أجل تحسين الأداء.
تقييم العمليات: تقييم وتحسين العمليات في مركز الاتصال لزيادة الكفاءة والفعالية.
التعاون على نصوص المكالمات: التعاون مع المتخصصين في الرعاية الصحية والخبراء في الموضوع لتطوير وتحديث نصوص المكالمات، وضمان توافقها مع أحدث الإرشادات الطبية وبروتوكولات المنظمة.
خطط الطوارئ: تطوير وتنفيذ خطط طوارئ للتعامل مع الحالات الطارئة وارتفاعات غير متوقعة في حجم المكالمات.
الامتثال التنظيمي: ضمان الامتثال للقوانين الصحية وقوانين الخصوصية وسياسات مركز الاتصال، وإجراء تدقيقات دورية للتحقق من الامتثال للمعايير المعتمدة.
المؤهلات والمهارات:
- خبرة مثبتة في إدارة مراكز الاتصال، ويفضل أن تكون في بيئات الرعاية الصحية.
- معرفة قوية بالقوانين الصحية وقوانين الخصوصية.
- مهارات قيادة واتصال بين الأشخاص متميزة.
- القدرة على تقييم وتحسين العمليات في مركز الاتصال.
- معرفة بأفضل ممارسات ضمان الجودة.
