Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Information Science, or Library and Information Studies.

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of academic experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Activate the use of the Saudi Digital Library’s databases.
• Suggest modifications to the library management policies and user guides.

Job Objective:

To manage and coordinate operations, maintenance, and facilities tasks, ensuring the sustainability and efficiency of the college’s infrastructure and facilities. This includes overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance plans and adhering to the highest quality and safety standards to provide a suitable educational environment.

Responsibilities:

Planning and Management:

• Prepare preventive and corrective maintenance plans for the buildings and facilities based on approved engineering standards.
• Manage operations and maintenance to ensure continuity of essential services within the college.
• Estimate the technical and material needs of the department and submit them for approval by senior management.
• Prepare periodic reports on the department’s performance and recommend necessary improvements.
