Cybersecurity Operations Manager:
The Cybersecurity Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the cybersecurity operations SOC, IR, DF and ensuring Compliance within the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and other government organizations. This role involves ensuring the protection of sensitive health data, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, and implementing effective security measures to safeguard the organization’s information systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with SCFHS objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and reporting to relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure the integration of security measures into all systems and processes.
- Lead and mentor the cybersecurity team, fostering a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to enhance the organization’s security posture.
- Coordinate with external partners and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with national and international cybersecurity standards.
- Oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) operations, ensuring effective monitoring and response to security incidents.
- Utilize Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) tools to investigate security breaches and mitigate risks.

Skills and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and best practices (e.g. NIST, GDPR).
- Experience with SOC operations and proficiency in using DFIR tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are highly desirable.

سيكون مدير عمليات الأمن السيبراني مسؤولاً عن الإشراف وإدارة عمليات الأمن السيبراني (SOC, IR, DF) وضمان الامتثال داخل الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية (SCFHS) وغيرها من المنظمات الحكومية. يتضمن هذا الدور ضمان حماية البيانات الصحية الحساسة، والحفاظ على الامتثال للوائح ذات الصلة، وتنفيذ تدابير أمنية فعالة لحماية نظم المعلومات في المنظمة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني بما يتماشى مع أهداف الهيئة السعودية للتخصصات الصحية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- مراقبة والاستجابة للحوادث الأمنية، مع ضمان حلها في الوقت المناسب وإبلاغ الأطراف المعنية.
- إجراء تقييمات دورية للأمن وعمليات التدقيق لتحديد الثغرات وتقديم التوصيات اللازمة.
- التعاون مع قسم تكنولوجيا المعلومات والأقسام الأخرى لضمان تكامل تدابير الأمان في كافة الأنظمة والعمليات.
- قيادة وتوجيه فريق الأمن السيبراني، مع تعزيز ثقافة الوعي بالأمن والتحسين المستمر.
- متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات والتهديدات والتقنيات في مجال الأمن السيبراني لتحسين موقف الأمان في المنظمة.
- التنسيق مع الشركاء الخارجيين والهيئات التنظيمية لضمان الامتثال للمعايير الوطنية والدولية للأمن السيبراني.
- الإشراف على عمليات مركز عمليات الأمن (SOC)، مع ضمان المراقبة الفعالة والاستجابة للحوادث الأمنية.
- استخدام أدوات التحقيق الجنائي الرقمي والاستجابة للحوادث (DFIR) للتحقيق في خروقات الأمان وتخفيف المخاطر.
- إعداد تقارير دورية عن مقاييس الأمان والحوادث لاستعراض الإدارة العليا.
المهارات والمتطلبات:
- شهادة بكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو الأمن السيبراني أو مجال ذي صلة؛ يفضل شهادة ماجستير.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في عمليات الأمن السيبراني، مع خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في دور إداري.
- معرفة قوية بأطر العمل الأمنية واللوائح وأفضل الممارسات (مثل NIST، GDPR).
- خبرة في عمليات SOC وإتقان استخدام أدوات DFIR.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات ممتازة، مع القدرة على اتخاذ قرارات سليمة تحت الضغط.
- مهارات تواصل وشخصية قوية، مع القدرة على التعاون بفعالية مع الأطراف الفنية وغير الفنية.
- الشهادات ذات الصلة (مثل CISSP، CISM، CEH) تعتبر مرغوبة للغاية.
