Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team and handle cost management for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, and project financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage bills of quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Conduct quantity take-offs and ensure accurate measurement of materials and works.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
- Monitor project costs, prepare cost reports, and manage variations and claims.
- Perform value engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with project teams to address cost-related issues and ensure budget control.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Must hold a transferable Iqama and be able to join immediately.

الوصف الوظيفي:
نبحث عن مسّاح كميات ذو خبرة للانضمام إلى فريقنا والإشراف على إدارة التكاليف لمشاريع البناء. يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح المثالي ما لا يقل عن 10 سنوات من الخبرة في مسّح الكميات، مع تخصص في تقدير التكاليف، ووضع الميزانيات، وإدارة الشؤون المالية للمشاريع.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إعداد وإدارة قوائم الكميات (BOQ)، تقديرات التكاليف، ومستندات العطاءات.
- إجراء حسابات الكميات وضمان قياس دقيق للمواد والأعمال.
- تقييم عروض المقاولين والموردين للتأكد من دقتها وتوافقها مع مواصفات المشروع.
- متابعة تكاليف المشروع، إعداد تقارير التكاليف، وإدارة التعديلات والمطالبات.
- تنفيذ الهندسة القيمية لاكتشاف فرص توفير التكاليف.
- التعاون مع فرق المشروع لمعالجة القضايا المتعلقة بالتكاليف وضمان التحكم في الميزانية.
- ضمان الامتثال للالتزامات التعاقدية والمعايير الصناعية.
المؤهلات الرئيسية:
- درجة بكالوريوس في مسّح الكميات، الهندسة المدنية، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مسّح الكميات داخل صناعة البناء.
- إتقان استخدام أدوات وبرامج تقدير التكاليف.
- مهارات قوية في التحليل، والتفاوض، والتواصل.
- يجب أن يكون حامل إقامة قابلة للتحويل وقادرًا على الانضمام على الفور.
