The Senior Architectural Engineer will be responsible for architecture design, project management, civil engineering, construction oversight, and collaboration with the team.

- Bachelor's degree in architecture with a minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design and design review.
- At least 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia and a total of 10 years in the Gulf region, preferably with experience in residential mid- and high-rise buildings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic knowledge of Revit.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Building Codes, municipality regulations, and life safety and civil defense requirements.
- Familiarity with design and construction requirements in the real estate and commercial sectors.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles, materials, and building systems.
- Detail-oriented in reviewing design work for errors and compliance.
