What You’ll Need:

• 8+ years of combined experience across: founding/scaling health technology companies, product/technology leadership at early-stage startups, or venture/PE investing with a focus on technical due diligence.

• Deep understanding of the KSA healthcare market, including technical infrastructure, regulatory environment, and unique scaling challenges.

• Exceptional research, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, with fluency in business model analysis, technical feasibility and competitive risk assessment, and investment thesis development.

• Strong experience in fundraising, financial modeling, valuation, and structuring capital transactions within the GCC region.

• A Bachelor’s Degree with a record of high academic achievement, ideally in a technical field; advanced degrees are a plus.

As our Director of Ventures, you will play a critical role in building Sanabil Venture Studio by Redesign Health's (SSRH) innovation platform by identifying and evaluating transformative opportunities at the intersection of AI, technology, and healthcare. You'll develop deep market theses around how emerging technologies will reshape healthcare delivery and outcomes in the Kingdom, attract and empower founders to pitch and launch their companies, build a strong network of regional investors, and support the growth of our portfolio companies through expert product, technology, and commercial guidance.
