Interior Design Review Specialist (Senior)
- Location: Riyadh, KSA / 6 months, 50% part-time. Remote work is possible.
- Supervision: Design Review, Code Compliance
- Reports to: Technical Design Review Director
Responsibilities:
- Review and approve interior design plans, ensuring alignment with project specs, client needs, and standards.
- Assess functionality, space planning, and material choices to meet project goals.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, sustainability standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and design teams for seamless integration of design elements.
- Conduct quality control checks and resolve design challenges related to space, materials, and functionality.
- Maintain accurate design documentation and act as the main point of contact for client queries.
Competency Requirements:
- Extensive experience in interior design review for large-scale projects.
- Knowledge of design standards, building codes, and sustainable practices.
- Strong communication and leadership skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Education:
- BSc Holders: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from a recognized Western-accredited university, with over 15 years of relevant experience.
- MSc Holders: Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field from a recognized Western-accredited university with over 12 years of relevant experience.
Irrigation Inspector (Utility)
- Location: Riyadh, KSA / Full-time
- Reports to: Senior Water Utility Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Site Inspections: Inspect irrigation systems, including sprinklers, drip irrigation, and pump stations, ensuring compliance with approved designs and standards.
- Quality Control: Verify installation quality, identify non-conformities, and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Testing & Commissioning: Assist in testing and commissioning to ensure proper operation and water distribution.
- Material Verification: Inspect irrigation materials and equipment for compliance with approved specifications.
- Documentation: Maintain inspection records, test results, and submit regular progress reports.
- Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to local regulations, environmental standards, and best practices.
- Contractor Coordination: Collaborate with contractors to address irrigation-related issues and provide recommendations.
- Safety Assurance: Monitor safety during irrigation works, addressing hazards as needed.
Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and components.
- Familiarity with codes and standards for irrigation design and installation.
- Ability to interpret irrigation designs and technical specifications.
- Problem-solving and attention to detail.
Utilities Design Review Engineer (Senior)
- Location: Riyadh, KSA / 6-Month Contract (50% Part-Time), Remote work is possible
- Supervision: Utilities Design Review, Code Compliance, Project Coordination
- Reports to: Technical Design Review Director
Responsibilities:
- Review and approve utility designs (water, sewage, drainage, power, telecommunications, and gas) for compliance with project specifications, regulations, and standards.
- Ensure utility designs are cost-effective, practical, and align with construction and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate utility designs with broader project components.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and ensure compliance with local codes and international standards.
- Address technical challenges and provide expert guidance to design and construction teams.
- Maintain detailed documentation of design reviews and prepare reports summarizing key findings.
- Act as the primary contact for utility design-related matters and participate in stakeholder meetings.
Education:
- BSc Holders: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Utilities Engineering from a recognized Western-accredited university with over 15 years of relevant experience.
- MSc Holders: Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Utilities Engineering from a recognized Western-accredited university with over 12 years of relevant experience.
Experience:
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in utility design review, with at least 5 years in a senior engineering role.
- Experience in the Middle East is preferred.

المسؤوليات:
- الفحص في الموقع: فحص أنظمة الري، بما في ذلك الرشاشات والري بالتنقيط ومحطات الضخ، وضمان الامتثال للتصاميم والمواصفات المعتمدة.
- مراقبة الجودة: التحقق من جودة التركيب، وتحديد المخالفات، وضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات المشروع.
- الاختبار والتشغيل: المساعدة في الاختبار والتشغيل لضمان التشغيل السليم وتوزيع المياه.
- التحقق من المواد: فحص المواد والمعدات الخاصة بالري لضمان التوافق مع المواصفات المعتمدة.

- الإشراف: مراجعة تصميم المرافق، التوافق مع الأكواد، تنسيق المشروع
- التقارير إلى: مدير مراجعة التصميم الفني
المسؤوليات:
- مراجعة واعتماد تصاميم المرافق (المياه، الصرف الصحي، الصرف، الكهرباء، الاتصالات، والغاز) لضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع واللوائح والمعايير.
- ضمان أن تصاميم المرافق فعالة من حيث التكلفة، وعملية، ومتوافقة مع متطلبات البناء والتشغيل.
- التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لتنسيق تصاميم المرافق مع المكونات الأخرى للمشروع.
- إجراء مراجعات ضمان الجودة وضمان الامتثال للأكواد المحلية والمعايير الدولية.
- معالجة التحديات الفنية وتقديم الإرشادات المتخصصة لفرق التصميم والبناء.
- الحفاظ على وثائق مراجعة التصميم وإعداد تقارير تلخص النتائج الرئيسية.
- العمل كنقطة الاتصال الرئيسية فيما يتعلق بتصميم
المرافق والمشاركة في اجتماعات الأطراف المعنية.
التعليم:
- حاملو درجة البكالوريوس: درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو هندسة المرافق من جامعة معترف بها دوليًا مع أكثر من 15 عامًا من الخبرة ذات الصلة.
- حاملو درجة الماجستير: درجة ماجستير في الهندسة المدنية أو الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو هندسة المرافق من جامعة معترف بها دوليًا مع أكثر من 12 عامًا من الخبرة ذات الصلة.
الخبرة:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 12-15 عامًا في مراجعة تصميم المرافق، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور هندسي كبير.
- يفضل أن تكون لديك خبرة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط.
