Project Manager and Customer Success Manager
About the Job:
This position acts as a point of contact internally between Elham Engineering, product, customer success, and business teams, and externally with all enterprise clients and new customers. The role includes overseeing all current and future projects, as well as any related Change Requests (CR), while ensuring high customer satisfaction rates.
External Responsibilities:
- Responsible for receiving project requirements and defining them internally with the assigned team.
- Define what is in-scope and out-of-scope to eliminate any future client complaints.
- Define an Agile & Waterfall project plan with a flexible timeline and facilitate customer approval.
- Define project duration and timeline, ensuring successful completion of the project accordingly.
- Define appropriate communication channels between external and internal parties according to each project's needs.
Senior Business Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new customers and business opportunities.
- Lead and manage new opportunities until contract signing.
- Lead the process of developing winning technical and financial proposals in coordination with the technical team, ensuring compliance with the Statement of Work (SoW) requirements.
- Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing plans.
- Assist in evaluating market products/services.
- Gather inputs/information from the market, customers, and internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities and propose new product/service ideas.
