JR. Land Surveyor
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge in road works (full pavement structure and backfilling)
- Initial Knowledge in Asphalt mixes (Super pave and marshal)
- Knowledge in road maintenance (asphalt, road marking and curbstone)
- Road signage
- Capability in solving technical issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Land Surveyor.
- 3 years of experience in Civil Engineering or Land Surveyor, with a focus on building projects.

Senior Landscape Architect - Design Manager
Key accountabilities:
- Project manage landscape led projects and multi-disciplinary teams
- Producing sustainable concept landscape designs
- Preparing, writing and contributing to Design Stage Reports
- Lead in preparing financial and technical proposals for the department
- Working together with the Company’s other landscape design offices overseas to help carry through concept designs to the detailed landscape design stage
- Working collaboratively with internal design departments and external consultants including urban designers, architects, planners and infrastructure engineers etc;
- Contributing to deliverables and ensuring that they are submitted on time and to the highest quality
- Interacting with the Client representatives through meetings and presentations to represent the company’s interests
- Ensuring the Company’s QA system is always applied
- Monitoring of work produced by others within and external to the Landscape Department in the process of preparing reports and documentation for issue
- Project management and client relations management
Experience:
- 15-20 years experience, with exposure to working on international projects
- Project / people management skills
- Firm understanding of design process
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary consultancy
- Strong report writing skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience of working in the MENA Region
