 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/MAJOR TASKS

•  Supervise daily site activities to ensure compliance with architectural designs and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to address on-site issues and ensure progress aligns with project timelines.
• Oversee materials, tools, and workforce on-site to maintain efficiency and safety standards.
• Monitor adherence to safety regulations and report any non-compliance.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports for project management.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

•  Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Construction Management.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

 SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

•  Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.

 المسؤوليات الرئيسية/المهام الرئيسية

•  الإشراف على أنشطة الموقع اليومية لضمان الامتثال للتصاميم والمواصفات المعمارية.
