Vacant Positions:

               Executive Secretary

Responsibilities:

• Perform office administrative tasks.
• Arrange and organize meeting schedules and follow up with relevant parties.
• File and archive management-related documents, ensuring backups, and uploading specific data to cloud storage if needed.
• Receive and analyze email messages and present them based on priority.
• Receive client requests and complaints, direct them, and follow up on their resolution.
• Prepare and assist in preparing reports and correspondence.
• Make arrangements for company visitors, including meeting and greeting them.
• Prepare office purchase requisitions and follow up on them.
• Follow up on site requirements such as documentation, purchase orders, administrative work, time sheets, IT arrangements, etc.

Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor all electrical work on-site according to approved drawings, methods, and safety standards.
• Estimate, prepare, and allocate required resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, and tools prior to execution.
• Analyze possible construction methodologies and recommend the best options for approval by the line manager before execution.
• Interpret construction drawings and review contract documents and applicable standards or specifications before performing any tasks.
• Plan and coordinate all electrical work with mechanical and civil teams.
• Assign daily tasks to electrical teams on-site and ensure targets are met.
• Submit daily site reports, inspection requests, estimates, and relevant monitoring reports as required.

Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage mechanical construction activities on-site.
• Ensure all mechanical work is carried out according to project specifications, drawings, and standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that arise during construction.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and site records.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials and equipment.

               السكرتير التنفيذي

المسؤوليات:

• تنفيذ المهام الإدارية للمكتب.
• ترتيب وتنظيم جداول الاجتماعات ومتابعتها مع الأطراف ذات الصلة.

• تقدير وإعداد وتخصيص الموارد المطلوبة مثل القوى العاملة والمواد والمواد الاستهلاكية والمعدات والأدوات قبل التنفيذ.
• تحليل منهجيات البناء الممكنة والتوصية بأفضل الخيارات للموافقة عليها من قبل مدير الخط قبل التنفيذ.
• تفسير الرسومات الإنشائية ومراجعة وثائق العقد والمعايير أو المواصفات المعمول بها قبل تنفيذ أي مهام.
• تخطيط وتنسيق جميع الأعمال الكهربائية مع الفرق الميكانيكية والمدنية.
• تعيين المهام اليومية للفرق الكهربائية في الموقع والتأكد من تحقيق الأهداف.
• إرسال التقارير اليومية للموقع وطلبات التفتيش والتقديرات وتقارير المراقبة ذات الصلة حسب الحاجة.

مهندس ميكانيكي

المسؤوليات:

• الإشراف على أنشطة البناء الميكانيكية وإدارتها في الموقع.
• تأكد من تنفيذ كافة الأعمال الميكانيكية وفقًا لمواصفات المشروع والرسومات والمعايير.
• التنسيق مع مديري المشاريع والمهندسين المعماريين والمهندسين الآخرين لضمان تنفيذ المشروع بسلاسة.
• إجراء عمليات تفتيش منتظمة للموقع لضمان الجودة والالتزام بمعايير السلامة.
• استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاح أي مشاكل ميكانيكية قد تنشأ أثناء البناء.
• إعداد وصيانة وثائق المشروع التفصيلية، بما في ذلك تقارير التقدم وسجلات الموقع.
• الإشراف على تركيب واختبار وتشغيل الأنظمة الميكانيكية.
• التنسيق مع المقاولين من الباطن والموردين لضمان التسليم في الوقت المناسب وجودة المواد والمعدات.
