Senior WHS Manager
About the Job
As a Senior WHS Manager at Amazon KSA, you will work closely with site operations teams to implement and enforce WHS policies, ensuring compliance with local and regional regulations. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean principles and Kaizen to reduce risks and create a safe working environment for all employees. The successful candidate will build trust with the Operations Teams, provide risk assessments, and analyze WHS data to drive improvements.
You will be responsible for training site teams on Amazon’s WHS policies and ensuring that the operations site is aligned with WHS standards. With expertise in WHS programs, workplace safety, and ergonomics, you will help identify and implement best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with site operations teams to execute WHS policies and ensure compliance with regulations.

- Train Operations Leaders and WHS teams on Amazon WHS standards.

Basic Qualifications

- Experience with OSHA and health and safety regulations.
