BM-Architects is an experienced design team focused on creating innovative and conceptualized projects. If you are a design-focused Architect eager to work on creative projects from concept to completion, this opportunity could be for you. The firm is working on exciting new projects and is looking to build a new team of talented designers. You’ll be part of the design team, with skills in computer-aided design, preparing complete construction drawings, presentations, and designs.
Responsibilities:
- Study and evaluate design projects to ensure the highest standards of quality and creativity.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities to obtain the necessary permits for projects within the specified timeline.
- Prepare periodic reports on licensing progress and submit them to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Project Management.
- Minimum of two years of experience in project evaluation or licensing.
- PMP certification.
Additional Skills:
- AutoCAD
- Autodesk Revit
- SketchUp
- Effective Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate with both the team and external parties.
- Knowledge of Regulations and Laws: In-depth understanding of licensing systems and architectural regulations.

BM-Architects هو فريق تصميم ذو خبرة يركز على المشاريع الإبداعية والمفهومية. إذا كنت معماريًا موجهًا نحو التصميم وترغب في العمل على مشاريع إبداعية من المفهوم إلى التنفيذ، فقد تكون هذه الفرصة مناسبة لك. يعمل الفريق على مشاريع جديدة مثيرة ويبحث عن بناء فريق جديد من المصممين الموهوبين. ستكون جزءًا من فريق التصميم، مع مهارات في التصميم المدعوم بالحاسوب، وتحضير مجموعة كاملة من الرسومات الإنشائية والعروض التقديمية والتصاميم.
