Details

The Coiled Tubing Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring that coiled tubing operations are executed safely and efficiently while meeting client specifications and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with the client representative and organize the work schedule for the job to be performed.
• Ensure that people, equipment, and materials are ready and delivered to the location in a timely manner as required by the client.
• Execute successful jobs according to design and client specifications.
• Ensure that all phases of treatment are carried out in a safe, efficient, and professional manner by following predefined policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with the company’s and clients' QHSE policies.
• Supervise the maintenance of assigned job equipment and ensure inspections are carried out according to company standards.
• Assist the Location Manager in preparing performance evaluations for assigned personnel (subordinates).
• Train and develop assigned employees (subordinates) to operate in a safe, efficient, and professional manner within company policies and procedures.
• Initiate disciplinary action, when necessary, on location with the crew or assigned personnel, within Location Manager guidelines.
• Maintain and repair product line equipment as needed.
• Ensure that field service reports/tickets are prepared ASAP after the job and report any SQ or HSE near misses/incidents to the Location Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in coiled tubing operations or related field.
• Strong knowledge of coiled tubing and well service operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

يلعب مشرف أنظمة الأنبوب الملفوف دورًا حاسمًا في ضمان تنفيذ عمليات الأنبوب الملفوف بشكل آمن وفعال مع تلبية مواصفات العملاء ومعايير الشركة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• التفاعل مع ممثل العميل وتنظيم جدول العمل للوظيفة المراد تنفيذها.
• ضمان أن الأشخاص والمعدات والمواد جاهزة ومسلّمة إلى الموقع في الوقت المناسب حسب متطلبات العميل.
• تنفيذ وظائف ناجحة وفقًا للتصميم ومواصفات العميل.
• التأكد من تنفيذ جميع مراحل المعالجة بطريقة آمنة وفعالة واحترافية من خلال اتباع السياسات والإجراءات المحددة مسبقًا، وضمان الامتثال لسياسات QHSE الخاصة بالشركة والعملاء.
• الإشراف على صيانة المعدات المعينة للوظيفة وضمان إجراء الفحوصات وفقًا لمعايير الشركة.
• المساعدة في إعداد تقييمات الأداء للموظفين المعينين (التابعين) مع مدير الموقع.
• تدريب وتطوير الموظفين المعينين (التابعين) للعمل بطريقة آمنة وفعالة واحترافية وفقًا لسياسات وإجراءات الشركة.
• اتخاذ إجراءات تأديبية عند الضرورة في الموقع مع الطاقم أو الموظفين المعينين، وفقًا لإرشادات مدير الموقع.
• صيانة وإصلاح معدات خط الإنتاج حسب الحاجة.
• التأكد من إعداد تقارير خدمة الميدان/التذاكر في أسرع وقت بعد الانتهاء من العمل والإبلاغ عن أي حوادث قرب حدوث SQ أو HSE إلى مدير الموقع.

المؤهلات

• درجة بكاليوس في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
• خبرة 5+ سنوات في عمليات الأنبوب الملفوف أو مجال ذي صلة.
• معرفة قوية بأنظمة الأنبوب الملفوف وعمليات الخدمة في الآبار.
• مهارات تواصل وتفاعل شخصية ممتازة.
• قدرة مثبتة على القيادة وتطوير الفريق.
• التزام قوي بمعايير السلامة والجودة.
• القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة التغير وتحديّة.
• إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
