Essential Duites & Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs, using telephones, fax or others.

Packaging Lines Operator
Operational Role:
- Takes full responsibility of the lines in his area in terms of production and quality targets
- Operates All Packaging Equipment: Be able to start-up all elements of the line from the bagger to the palletizer including printers, checkweighers and metal detectors
- Keeps lines running with minimal generated wastes (sugar and consumables)
- Brushes, scrapes sugar deposits and wastes; removes and cleans

Lubrication Team Leader
Duties And Responsibilities
- Leads a team of lubrication technicians to ensure effective and efficient lubrication practices
- Develops and implements lubrication programs and procedures
- Oversees the planning and scheduling of lubrication activities
- Ensures that lubricants are compatible with the machine, process fluids, and work environment
- Maintains an inventory of lubricants and related supplies

- Supervise Controls panelboard of the stemmed sugar conveyor

- Observe panel lights for indications of malfunction and adjusts equipment to regulate the feed of sugar into and out of silos
- Observe the condition of sugar to ensure quality guidelines are followed
- Prepare bulk trailers for loading and shipment
- Operate and clean bulk loading equipment
- Ensure movement of correct grade sugar to proper locations
- Operate bulk loading scale, feeder screws, screw conveyors, elevators, etc., using an electric control board and/or push buttons
DCS Engineer
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in DCS operation and maintenance, Engineering, and Reliability in an automation project in Sugar, Power or any heavy industries
- Strong Programming knowledge background in the YOKOGAWA DCS -CENTUM VP system
- Strong Knowledge of PLC like SIEMENS/ALLEN BRADLEY
- Familiar in the communication protocols to establish the third-party PLC's, controller devices data in the DCS
- Familiar in the Profibus communication, configuration and signaling
- Strong Verbal and written skills required in English language
- Hands-on experience in operation and maintenance of all Instruments like Pneumatic Control valves, Smart transmitters, Control panels is preferred
