Contract Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil/mechanical engineering (Master’s degree on contracts management is preferred) /Other majors may be considered provided that contract administration experience in construction industry is proven
- Minimum 7 years of experience in contracts administration in construction industry (previous experience on claim management, dispute resolution etc. preferred)
- Knowledge of international contract legislation and regulations, experience in FIDIC type of contracts is preferred,
- Management roles in large complex infrastructure projects, EPC projects and Turnkey projects,
- Very good command of English,
- International experience is preferred,
Planning Lead (Chief Planner)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in civil or mechanical or industrial engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Chief Planner in projects with a value greater than 100 million USD
- Minimum 10 years of experience of working in construction projects
- Minimum 7 years of experience of working in project planning and control jobs
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Primavera Project Planner in a project
- Experience in industrial plant, pipeline, oil & gas field facility, refinery or similar construction projects is preferable.
- Advanced level Primavera P6 user
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences including PMT, Client, Subcontractors, Vendors and other Stakeholders

مدير العقود
المؤهلات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية / الميكانيكية (يفضل درجة الماجستير في إدارة العقود) / يمكن النظر في تخصصات أخرى بشرط إثبات خبرة إدارة العقود في صناعة البناء
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في إدارة العقود في قطاع البناء (يفضل الخبرة السابقة في إدارة المطالبات وحل النزاعات وما إلى ذلك)
- - معرفة التشريعات واللوائح الخاصة بالعقود الدولية، ويفضل الخبرة في عقود نوع FIDIC،
- الأدوار الإدارية في مشاريع البنية التحتية المعقدة الكبيرة، ومشاريع الهندسة والتوريد والبناء، والمشاريع الجاهزة للتسليم،
- إتقان جيد جدًا للغة الإنجليزية،
- يفضل الخبرة الدولية،
رئيس التخطيط (المخطط الرئيسي)
المؤهلات:
- بكالوريوس أو ماجستير في الهندسة المدنية أو الميكانيكية أو الصناعية
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات كمخطط رئيسي في مشاريع بقيمة أكبر من 100 مليون دولار أمريكي
- - خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في العمل في مشاريع البناء
- خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات في العمل في وظائف التخطيط والتحكم في المشاريع
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في استخدام برنامج Primavera Project Planner في أحد المشاريع
- يفضل أن تكون لديه خبرة في المنشآت الصناعية أو خطوط الأنابيب أو منشآت حقول النفط والغاز أو المصافي أو مشاريع البناء المماثلة.
- مستخدم برنامج Primavera P6 ذو المستوى المتقدم
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية شفهيًا وكتابيًا
- القدرة على التواصل بشكل فعال مع مجموعة واسعة من الجماهير بما في ذلك PMT والعميل والمقاولين من الباطن والبائعين وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين
