• The hospital consists of six stories and 4 basements with a capacity of 209 single beds, 64 Specialized Clinics, 10 Operating Theaters (OR), 20-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU), 13-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), 20-Incubator Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and 22 beds in the emergency department (ED).

• Other significant services provided in Riyadh Hospital are Radiology, Laboratories, Pharmacy, Cardiac Catheterization, Endoscopy, Dialysis, Central Sterilization Service Department (CSSD), In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF), Physiotherapy departments, and other supporting medical facilities.

CSSD Specialist

  Duties & Responsibilities:

•  Comply with CBAHI Standards, Public Health Authority, MOH, and other relevant regulations.
• Ensure the functionality of the sterilizer for appropriate disinfection process.
• Appropriate maintenance of sterilization records including, but not limited to; sterilization time, temperature, pressure, load list, daily function test, spore test results, lot number and name of operator.
• Facilitate availability of personal protective equipment during decontamination
• such as heavy-duty gloves, waterproof aprons, facemask, plastic durable boots and goggles or face shield.

Human Resources Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities:

•  Schedules credentialing appointments when appropriate.
• Assisting compliance officer with credential requirements for candidates.
• Executes all tasks in preparation for new hire orientation.
• Perform orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires.
• Ensures all required documentation is completed by new employee prior to orientation.
• Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.

Payroll Officer

Duties & Responsibilities:

•  Collect daily, weekly, or monthly timesheets.
• Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc.
• Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month.
• Schedule bank payments or hand out paychecks directly to employees.
• Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)
• Report on payroll expenses
• Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations.
• Enter new employees’ data (e.g., bank accounts and other employee information) into the hospital’s internal databases.

Blood Bank Technician / Specialist     

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

•  Diploma in phlebotomy or Diploma of nursing or equivalent with approved training. Bachelors' degree preferably with experience required. Specialty certification may be required. Possession of a valid medical license as a technician in clinical pathology/blood banking to practice in Saudi Arabia
• 1 year experience in a technical capacity in a hospital Laboratory/ blood bank or equivalent.
• Previous overseas experience and/ or teaching experience/ Basic Medical Degree. Any Diploma/Certification

  المهام والمسؤوليات:

•  الالتزام بمعايير المركز السعودي لاعتماد المنشآت الصحية، وهيئة الصحة العامة، ووزارة الصحة، واللوائح الأخرى ذات الصلة.
• تأكد من عمل جهاز التعقيم لإجراء عملية التطهير المناسبة.
• الصيانة المناسبة لسجلات التعقيم بما في ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر؛ وقت التعقيم، ودرجة الحرارة، والضغط، وقائمة الأحمال، واختبار الوظيفة اليومي، ونتائج اختبار الجراثيم، ورقم الدفعة واسم المشغل.
• تسهيل توافر معدات الحماية الشخصية أثناء عملية التطهير
• مثل القفازات الثقيلة، والمآزر المقاومة للماء، وقناع الوجه، والأحذية البلاستيكية المتينة، ونظارات السلامة أو واقي الوجه.

•  يقوم بتحديد مواعيد اعتماد الشهادات عندما يكون ذلك مناسبًا.

• تنفيذ جميع المهام استعدادًا لتوجيه الموظف الجديد.

فني / أخصائي بنك الدم     

متطلبات المؤهلات والخبرة:

•  دبلوم في فصد الدماء أو دبلوم في التمريض أو ما يعادله مع تدريب معتمد. درجة البكالوريوس ويفضل أن تكون الخبرة مطلوبة. قد تكون شهادة التخصص مطلوبة. حيازة رخصة طبية سارية المفعول كفني في علم الأمراض السريرية / بنك الدم لممارسة المهنة في المملكة العربية السعودية
• - خبرة لمدة سنة في مجال فني في أحد مختبرات المستشفيات أو بنك الدم أو ما يعادله.
• خبرة سابقة في الخارج و/أو خبرة في التدريس/شهادة طبية أساسية. أي دبلوم/شهادة
