Project Engineer  

About the job

• SDA is looking for an accountable Project Engineer who will be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve. Follow up the schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion and assist the Project Manager.
• Ultimately, the Project engineer’s duties are to assist and ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

Responsibilities

•  Prepare Reports, review schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
• Interact daily with the Project manager to interpret the needs and requirements and represent in the Site.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
• Follow up and mentor all the project activities.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support in site.
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• Follow up the Risk register, escalate and apply the mitigation action.
• Follow up and review the project management plan and ensure all the contractor are apply it.
• Review and monitor the project schedule and timeline. 
• Complete all additional related tasks.

Requirements and skills

1. 8 to 10 years work experience as a Project engineer or similar role.
2. BS degree in Engineering or relevant field
3. Strong experience in making presentations.
4. Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
5. Experience in contract management.
6. Excellent knowledge of Construction site management and design stages.
7. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office and planning programs 
8. Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards
9. Ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
10. Project management and supervision skills
11. Decision making ability and leadership skills.
12. Current engineer license

مهندس مشروع  

عن الوظيفة

• تبحث SDA عن مهندس مشروع مسؤول عن جميع التخصصات الهندسية والفنية التي تتضمنها المشاريع. متابعة الجدول الزمني والخطة والتنبؤ والموارد وإدارة جميع الأنشطة الفنية بهدف ضمان دقة المشروع وجودته من التصميم إلى الإنجاز ومساعدة مدير المشروع.
• وفي نهاية المطاف، فإن واجبات مهندس المشروع هي المساعدة والتأكد من إكمال جميع المشاريع في الوقت المحدد، وفي حدود الميزانية وتلبية معايير الجودة العالية.

المسؤوليات

•  إعداد التقارير ومراجعة الجدول الزمني وتنسيق ومراقبة المشاريع الهندسية المخصصة.
• مراقبة الامتثال للرموز والممارسات المعمول بها وسياسات ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة ومعايير الأداء والمواصفات.
• التفاعل يوميا مع مدير المشروع لتفسير الاحتياجات والمتطلبات وتمثيلها في الموقع.
• إجراء مراقبة الجودة الشاملة للعمل (الميزانية والجدول الزمني والخطط وأداء الموظفين) وإعداد تقارير منتظمة عن حالة المشروع
• متابعة وتوجيه كافة أنشطة المشروع.
• التعاون والتواصل بشكل فعال مع مدير المشروع والمشاركين الآخرين في المشروع لتقديم المساعدة والدعم الفني في الموقع.
• مراجعة مخرجات الهندسة وبدء الإجراءات التصحيحية المناسبة.
• متابعة سجل المخاطر وتصعيدها وتطبيق إجراءات التخفيف.
• متابعة ومراجعة خطة إدارة المشروع والتأكد من قيام جميع المقاولين بتطبيقها.
• مراجعة ومراقبة الجدول الزمني للمشروع. 
• أكمل جميع المهام الإضافية ذات الصلة.

المتطلبات والمهارات

1. من 8 إلى 10 سنوات من الخبرة العملية كمهندس مشروع أو دور مماثل.
2. درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة
3. خبرة قوية في إعداد العروض التقديمية.
4. خبرة في إدارة المشاريع، من الفكرة إلى التسليم.
5. خبرة في إدارة العقود.
6. معرفة ممتازة بإدارة موقع البناء ومراحل التصميم.
7. معرفة قوية ببرامج Microsoft Office والتخطيط 
8. المعرفة بالقواعد واللوائح وأفضل الممارسات ومعايير الأداء
9. القدرة على العمل مع مشاريع متعددة التخصصات.
10. مهارات إدارة المشاريع والإشراف عليها
11. القدرة على اتخاذ القرار ومهارات القيادة.
12. رخصة مهندس حالية
