Regional PMC Director0
- Compass Project Consulting is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional PMC Director to lead and manage our Program Management and PMC services in Saudi Arabia, with additional oversight responsibilities in the UAE. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects in the construction and built environment sectors, aligning with strategic regional initiatives such as Saudi Vision 2030.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Strategic Vision: Lead and manage the Program Management and PMC services across multiple projects in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, ensuring alignment with Compass's strategic goals.
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of large-scale projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and under budget.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and government entities, ensuring smooth communication and successful project delivery.

Director of Project Controls
- An Engineering or Construction-related degree is required.
- Strong Project Management skills, and technical expertise with minimum experience of 25 years.
- Middle East Senior-level experience within the design, tender, and construction phases of multiple types of projects within a Project Management Consultancy or Contractor environment, overseeing the development and master plan projects and project control.
- Sector experience to include leisure, entertainment, commercial, touristic accommodation, residential, and infrastructure.
Logistics Manager
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in logistics management, preferably within construction or large-scale refurbishment projects. Experience large scale project is highly desirable.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and transportation logistics. Familiarity with stadium seating installation and refurbishment processes is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Certifications: Relevant logistics or supply chain management certifications are advantageous.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in logistics management software and tools. Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, construction management, or a related field.
Senior Construction Manager
