Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Officer & ISO Documentation Controller, located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The responsibilities include ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, developing and implementing safety protocols, conducting safety audits, and managing occupational health programs. The role also encompasses maintaining, organizing, and updating ISO documentation in alignment with industry standards and best practices. Collaboration with teams to promote a safe workplace and improve HSEQ performance is key.
Qualifications

Expertise in Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Workplace Safety
-
Knowledge of Occupational Health practices and standards
-
Certification in NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification
-
Strong organizational skills for managing ISO documentation and compliance
-
Ability to conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions effectively
-
Strong communication and leadership skills to promote safety awareness
-
Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
-
Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering

المؤهلات:

خبرة في الصحة والسلامة المهنية والبيئة (HSE / EHS).

معرفة بمعايير الصحة المهنية.

شهادة NEBOSH أو ما يعادلها.
-
مهارات تنظيمية قوية لإدارة وثائق الأيزو والامتثال.
-
القدرة على إجراء تدقيقات السلامة وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
-
مهارات تواصل وقيادة لتعزيز الوعي بالسلامة.
-
خبرة في قطاع النفط والغاز (ميزة إضافية).
-
درجة البكالوريوس في الصحة والسلامة المهنية أو العلوم البيئية أو الهندسة.
