Legal Manager
About the Job
A reputable energy and drilling services company based in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia is hiring a Legal Manager to support its Legal & Compliance Department. The Legal Manager will manage contract review, negotiation, compliance, and litigation coordination while maintaining high-quality legal governance and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including procurement, drilling, oilfield services, and rig build/shipyard contracts
- Manage engagement with external legal counsel on litigation, advisory, and consultancy matters
- Ensure effective implementation and enforcement of legal policies and procedures, including contract management framework
- Provide proactive legal advice and support to operational, procurement, and management teams
- Monitor and manage legal risk across the business and ensure compliance with local and international laws
- Review and improve internal templates and procedures to standardize contracting processes
- Prepare and maintain documentation, legal opinions, and reports for senior management
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Legal on all legal and compliance matters with minimal supervision
Internal Controls & Compliance Manager
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Law (strongly preferred)
- Proven experience building and implementing compliance and internal control programmes
- Hands-on experience in compliance risk assessment, programme design, policy development, monitoring, reporting, investigations, whistleblowing mechanisms, and training initiatives
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills
- 7+ years of relevant compliance experience; prior managerial or team-lead experience is advantageous
- Experience within consulting, advisory, or multinational environments is highly desirable
HSE Manager
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10 years experience in HSE management, with significant exposure to offshore drilling operations or oilfield services
- Proven leadership managing multidisciplinary HSE teams
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, client audits, and incident management systems
- Excellent communication and influencing skills; able to build trust with internal teams and clients
- Ability to manage complex stakeholders and drive change within operational teams
- Based in or willing to relocate to Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

- Reduction in incident frequency rates (TRIR/LTI)

Engineering Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years experience in engineering roles within food manufacturing or FMCG, with at least 3 years managerial experience
- Deep understanding of food processing equipment, utilities (steam, refrigeration, compressed air), and plant automation systems
- Strong knowledge of quality and safety standards (ISO, BRC, SFDA regulations)
- Proven project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CMMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
Head of Machinery Maintenance Section
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent technical discipline
- 7+ years experience in maintenance roles within food manufacturing or FMCG, including supervisory/section head experience
- In-depth knowledge of food processing machinery, packaging equipment, and utility systems
- Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies, TPM, and reliability engineering
- Familiarity with food safety and quality standards (ISO, BRC, SFDA)
