  • Government Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for KSA governmental bodies, including the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Investment (MISA), and Saudi Business Centre.
  • License Management: Manage the full lifecycle of trade licenses, Commercial Registrations, and Municipality Licenses to ensure proactive renewal and prevent operational disruptions.
  • Corporate Governance: Maintain and update company registry extracts and Articles of Association in strict accordance with the KSA Companies Law and legal operations frameworks.
