RCA Specialist
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate detailed Root Cause Analysis for critical equipment failures and safety incidents
- Use structured RCA methodologies (TapRooT, ICAM, 5‑Why, FTA) to identify technical, human, and systemic root causes
- Develop recommendations and corrective actions with responsible departments
- Maintain the RCA database, track implementation, and verify effectiveness of actions
- Conduct post‑implementation reviews and monitor recurring failure indicators
- Train internal teams on RCA techniques and investigative tools
- Support Management of Change (MOC) reviews related to failure mitigation
Competencies

RCM Specialist
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement RCM programs for rotating, static, electrical, and instrumentation assets
- Conduct RCM workshops, asset criticality assessments, and failure mode analysis
- Optimize preventive maintenance strategies and develop condition monitoring requirements
- Ensure maintenance strategies comply with OEM guidelines and industry standards (API 580/581, IEC, ISO)
- Prepare equipment strategies and update SAP PM master data (task lists, maintenance plans, BOMs)
- Provide technical support to operations and maintenance for chronic failures
- Review PM effectiveness, perform gap analysis, and recommend strategy improvements
Required Competencies

Minimum Requirements
- 20 years of technical experience in engineering, preferably in Petrochemical / Oil & Gas, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role

Senior Reliability Engineer
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead reliability engineering activities, including complex analyses, failure investigations, and improvement projects
- Mentor junior reliability engineers and provide technical oversight
- Conduct advanced reliability modeling (Weibull, RAM analysis, Monte Carlo where applicable)
- Develop plant reliability strategies, asset performance dashboards, and long‑term improvement plans
- Interface with Engineering, Operations, and Projects to ensure design-for-reliability principles
- Lead RCAs for major failures and coordinate corrective action implementation
- Support asset lifecycle planning, obsolescence management, and major turnarounds
