 Load Master

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

•  Travel on each cargo flight as/when directed by the direct supervisor.
• Review the load planning/weight and balance documents, check the unit load devices contour to ensure correct preparation.
• Ensure the safe operation of cargo doors.
• Relay on self-operated system of loading to ensure safety.
• Ensure that cargo is loaded within maximum hold, maximum pallets per side limits, maximum zone, weight and maximum cumulative load limit.

• Monitor safe and correct stowage of items of a special nature such as heavy or bulky items, dangerous goods, (ie: flammable/magnetic cargo/radio-activities etc), live animals, perishables and valuable cargo.
• Prevent aircraft from damage inside.
• When the shipment contains special load, frequent checks must be performed during flight and when aircraft on transit to ensure safety.
• Ensure the proper restraint of all unit load devices and bulky and over-size cargo.
• Submit a detailed loadmaster’s report upon completion of every flight.
• Ensure the security of area outside the cockpit including crew luggage.

Operation Control Asst Officer

 KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 

•   Coordinates cargo processes' activities and follow-up the performance of operational processes to ensure application the approved operational levels.
• Support to Ensures the availability of equipment and operational supplies required in stations in which cargo planes arrive at and make equipment the same.
• Provides all reports and statistics related to control centre from previous shift.
• Coordinates with maintenance personnel and air operations with regard to determining the aircraft code for the purpose of its running during next 48 hours.
• Ensure the coordination with maintenance personnel, airlines dispatchers, aircrew, and staff who are responsible about scheduling, hired and private flights.

• Ensure of operating cargo planes based on the tables.
• Ensures providing regular containers for air freight in all various operations sites and make the necessary arrangements to allocate, move and transfer the support ground equipment and cargo containers between stations according to the needs of each station.
• Prepares and implements employees' work schedules for compliance the operational needs.
• Support Manager to maintain the standard of flight operations including adherence to rules, procedures and legal requirements

• To assist the Manager to monitor day-to-day operations of IOCC
• Coordinate with Crew Operations staff for flight movements affecting crew utilization and planning
• Prepare departmental statements and reports timely and accurately to meet the (Operations control) requirements, policies, and standards

المسئوليات الرئيسية

•  السفر على كل رحلة شحن حسب توجيهات المشرف المباشر.
• قم بمراجعة مستندات تخطيط التحميل/الوزن والتوازن، وتحقق من محيط أجهزة تحميل الوحدة لضمان التحضير الصحيح.
• ضمان التشغيل الآمن لأبواب الشحن.
• يعتمد على نظام التشغيل الذاتي للتحميل لضمان السلامة.
• تأكد من تحميل البضائع ضمن الحد الأقصى للحمولة، والحد الأقصى لعدد المنصات لكل جانب، والحد الأقصى للمنطقة، والوزن، وحد أقصى للحمولة التراكمية.

• مراقبة التخزين الآمن والصحيح للعناصر ذات الطبيعة الخاصة مثل العناصر الثقيلة أو الضخمة، والبضائع الخطرة (أي: البضائع القابلة للاشتعال/المغناطيسية/الأنشطة المشعة وما إلى ذلك)، والحيوانات الحية، والمواد سريعة التلف والبضائع القيمة.
• منع الطائرات من الضرر من الداخل.
• عندما تحتوي الشحنة على حمولة خاصة، يجب إجراء فحوصات متكررة أثناء الرحلة وعند نقل الطائرة لضمان السلامة.

 المسئوليات الرئيسية 

•   تنسيق أنشطة عمليات الشحن ومتابعة أداء العمليات التشغيلية لضمان تطبيق المستويات التشغيلية المعتمدة.
• الدعم لضمان توفر المعدات والإمدادات التشغيلية المطلوبة في المحطات التي تصل إليها طائرات الشحن وجعل المعدات متشابهة.
• توفير كافة التقارير والإحصائيات المتعلقة بمركز التحكم من الوردية السابقة.
• ينسق مع موظفي الصيانة والعمليات الجوية فيما يتعلق بتحديد رمز الطائرة لغرض تشغيلها خلال الـ 48 ساعة القادمة.
• ضمان التنسيق مع موظفي الصيانة، وموظفي الخطوط الجوية، وطاقم الطائرة، والموظفين المسؤولين عن جدولة الرحلات الجوية المستأجرة والخاصة.

• ضمان تشغيل طائرات الشحن حسب الجداول.
