مدير البيئة 

• قيادة وإدارة الامتثال البيئي والمراقبة وضمان الجودة لجميع مراحل التطوير، وضمان التوافق مع معايير ISO 14001 وNCEC وIFC.

• مراقبة ومراقبة أداء المقاول من الباطن في الموقع والتأكد من امتثالهم لأحكام العقد، وكذلك مراجعة وإصدار شهادات أداء المقاول من الباطن وبيان الحساب النهائي.
• التأكد من تقديم كافة الضمانات والسندات والتأمينات والكفالات في الوقت المناسب، وكذلك التأكد من أنها صالحة ويتم الحفاظ عليها وفقًا لأحكام العقد.

مدير التصميم الأول 

• إدارة وضمان إدارة التصميم بشكل متسق عبر المشاريع أو المراحل. 
• ضمان أن وظيفة إدارة التصميم تتوافق مع الأهداف الوظيفية الأخرى لـ PMC. 

   مدير التخطيط الأول 

يقوم بتحديد وترتيب إدارة المشروع والخدمات الفنية والموارد الخارجية المطلوبة للمشروع على أساس فردي وفريق نيابة عن منظمة العميل.

المساعدة في تصميم وإدارة وصيانة أنظمة البنية التحتية الرطبة، بما في ذلك إمدادات المياه، ومعالجة مياه الصرف الصحي، وإدارة مياه الأمطار.
