Senior Business Analyst
- We are looking for a Senior BA- Capital Market who will be conducting the requirement gathering workshop with the business users or owners and run those workshops
- Work directly with the business users or owners to understand the business issues
- Create the Business Requirement Documents and Functional Specification Documents, and get it reviewed from the business owners or users
- Convert these functional requirements into the simple technical asks, which will be easily consumable by the technical architects
- Guide the technical team through out the project life-cycle on the business requirements fronts, so that all the business nuances are captured and delivered
- At times, create the user acceptance test scripts for the application and run it on the be-half of the customer and then discuss the findings with business to seek approval
- Support the business during user acceptance testing, if its conducted by them.
- Participate in the proposals (RFPs or Pro-active) to provide the solutions and its impact on the business
- Support creation of the case-studies to highlight the business benefits of the program
- Explore the industry trends (business) and how its changing the industry; and then how this can be taken to the customer
- Conduct domain upbringing sessions for the technical teams
Desired Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience in the Capital Markets/Investment Banking and Asset Management area
- Experience of working as business analyst for Indian or international customers
- Well versed with the processes and critical KPIs required in Capital Markets and Asset Management company
- Experience in dealing directly with the business owners to understand the business problems
- Experience in working in the software services industry and good knowledge about the software lifecycle and SDLC processes
Project Manager
- Hands on experience in project management
- Good exposure in SDLC
- Experience in Project management tools such as Agile methodologies, scrum, Jira, user story etc.
- Good at Sprint methodologies and experience in using Tools like JIRA
- Experience as Project Manager/ Lead is desirable
- Proficient in project management
- Involved in bringing the best practices in project management and team management skill
- Good understanding of SDLC
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skill
- Have the expertise to interact with Saudi clients and manage team
- Interact with the development team
- To follow industry best practices tools, project management, client interaction and customer success

- العمل مباشرة مع مستخدمي الأعمال أو أصحابها لفهم مشكلات العمل

- على دراية جيدة بالعمليات ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية الهامة المطلوبة في شركة أسواق رأس المال وإدارة الأصول
- خبرة في التعامل مباشرة مع أصحاب الأعمال لفهم مشاكل العمل
- خبرة في العمل في صناعة خدمات البرمجيات ومعرفة جيدة بدورة حياة البرنامج وعمليات SDLC
مدير المشروع
- خبرة عملية في إدارة المشاريع
- التعرض الجيد في SDLC
- خبرة في أدوات إدارة المشاريع مثل منهجيات Agile وScrum وJira وقصة المستخدم وما إلى ذلك.
- جيد في منهجيات Sprint وخبرة في استخدام أدوات مثل JIRA
- الخبرة كمدير المشروع/القائد أمر مرغوب فيه
- يتقن إدارة المشاريع
- المشاركة في جلب أفضل الممارسات في إدارة المشاريع ومهارات إدارة الفريق
