Responsibilities
Study and Implementation of the international engineering standards and Saudi Aramco Standards
Study and Implementation of the Project requirements related to Automation and Leak Detection System
Contribute to the Architecture Design for LDS for different project requirements.
Preparation of System Design documents and instrumentation specifications
Preparation of system and software specification document
Preparation of industrial communication protocol documents
Programming and Troubleshooting of the Field Automation system and Leak Detection System such as for PLCs, RTUs and NI-CRIOs
Configuration and Testing of the Automation System and Leak Detection System for Technologies such as Negative-Pressure, Fiber-Optic & RTTM
Design and Programming of the HMI/SCADA for the Automation System using software such as NI-LabView
Industrial Communication Protocol programming and integration with third party systems such as SCADA and DCS using Modbus and OPC
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) setup design and testing for the Leak Detection System
Site Acceptance Test (SAT) setup design and field testing of the Leak Detection SystemReview and provide recommendations of the automation system manufacturing documents (Such as Saudi Aramco NMR-601, 602, 603 andAs-Built)
Give Training to Client Engineers and Technical Discussion with Client on the Automation System and Leak Detection System supplied by the company.
