Laverne Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. If you are passionate about financial analysis and reporting, and have a proven track record in a similar role, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the holding company and its subsidiaries.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 to ensure the integrity of financial data and provide accurate and timely reporting.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business cases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems.
- Create dashboards and visual reports using Power BI to present financial data and performance metrics to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Assist in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) functions, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required by management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, CFA) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst in a holding company or similar environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling tools.
- Excellent understanding of financial statements, ratios, and corporate finance principles.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Very good proficiency in English/Arabic (verbal and written).

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إجراء التحليل المالي، إعداد الميزانيات، التنبؤ، وإعداد التقارير للشركة القابضة وفروعها.
- استخدام Microsoft Dynamics 365 لضمان نزاهة البيانات المالية وتوفير تقارير دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- تطوير وصيانة النماذج المالية لدعم المبادرات الاستراتيجية وحالات الأعمال.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف لتحسين العمليات والنظم المالية.
- إنشاء لوحات المعلومات والتقارير المرئية باستخدام Power BI لعرض البيانات المالية ومؤشرات الأداء للإدارة العليا.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح المالية والسياسات والإجراءات.
- دعم إعداد التقارير المالية الشهرية والربع سنوية والسنوية والعروض التقديمية للإدارة العليا.
- المساعدة في وظائف التخطيط والتحليل المالي (FP&A)، بما في ذلك تحليل الفروقات، تحليل الاتجاهات، ونمذجة السيناريوهات.
- إجراء التحليل والتقارير حسب متطلبات الإدارة.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية أو مجال ذي صلة. الشهادات المتقدمة (MBA، CFA) تعتبر ميزة.
- خبرة تزيد عن 5 سنوات كمحلل مالي في شركة قابضة أو بيئة مشابهة.
- إتقان استخدام Microsoft Dynamics 365، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
- معرفة قوية وخبرة في استخدام Power BI لتصوير البيانات وإعداد التقارير.
- إتقان متقدم في Excel وأدوات نمذجة مالية أخرى.
- فهم ممتاز للبيانات المالية، النسب، ومبادئ المالية المؤسسية.
- القدرة على إدارة مهام متعددة، تحديد الأولويات بفعالية، والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.
- مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات وتفكير نقدي قوية.
- مهارات تواصل وعرض ممتازة، مع القدرة على شرح المفاهيم المالية المعقدة لأصحاب المصلحة غير الماليين.
- إتقان جيد جداً للغتين الإنجليزية والعربية (شفوي وكتابي).
